Who do you mean with "this guy"? WhiteNervosa aka Kenzie? AFAICT WhiteNervosa has never tweeted out anything where he refers to Joshua Moon as "aka Joshua Moon".
The only tweets from WhiteNervosa that I was able to find where he referred to Joshua Moon as "Josh" or "Joshua" are the ones below, which haven't aged well:

My personal impression is that Brennan has fully convinced himself that if he manages to debate Joshua Moon about Near on his podcast, Joshua Moon will concede that Near is truly dead, he will see the error of his ways, have a "Come To Jesus" moment and agree to take down KF for the common good of all. Then Brennan will get to brag about having unbrainwashed Joshua Moon. And then they can start fighting Jim Watkins together. I guess that's how Brennan imagines this going in his fantasy.

Fredrick Brennan has a thread here. As someone who only read up on this lore years after the fact and only due to recent events, this would be my TLDR summary:
The imageboard 8chan was Fredrick's creation. Joshua Moon was an imageboard regular while working as a depressed professional PHP programmer in Australia. To escape his depressing job in Australia, Moon offered to help improve 8chan, cos as the board was getting more popular it started breaking at the seams. Brennan himself was supposedly already bored with his board at this point, so he was happy to have Moon come in to help fix things. Moon moved to the Philippines where he was introduced to the Watkins milieu by Brennan who was already there working for Jim Watkins. Businessman Watkins wanted to use 8chan to funnel sexually frustrated incels to porn sites, whereas nerd Joshua Moon wanted to overcloak teh computar mechene too makes it fastar (but with better privacy features for the 1% who cared about that). A fundraiser was set up to raise money for the upgrade, Infinity Next. Moon worked on Infinity Next for 9 months working closely with Brennan and other devs, many of whom didn't like Moon and were trash-talking him in dev chats. Jim Watkins tried to "haze" Moon with prostitutes like he had done with the others but Moon refused. Moon later had a meeting with Jim Watkins where he tried to convince him to have Infinity Next be open source, but Watkins didn't see the wisdom of it and didn't like this younger "dirty hippie" standing up to him. Moon suspected that Watkins wanted IN to be closed architecture so he could make secret changes to the code without anyone noticing. After 9 months of work, they tried to migrate 8chan to Infinity Next but it didn't work out due to insufficient hardware. Joshua Moon tried his best to figure out what the problem was but couldn't figure it out and his trouble-shooting failed, so he complained that no one wanted to invest money in proper hardware and no one really cared. Brennan, who feared his boss Jim Watkins' wrath, decided that the best course of action was to scapegoat and smear Joshua Moon for the failed migration, alleging Moon had deliberately booby-trapped the code with "a hidden hand-grenade" grinding everything to a stand-still. The other devs together with the frustrated 8chan users dogpiled Moon, unloading their smug anime girl folders onto him while mocking, blaming and demonizing him. Moon was so traumatized by this flood of smug anime girls that he never coded anything again (though he recently said he got into coding again, he apparently was completely put off for years). Moon wrote a Medium article defending himself while reluctantly leaking chatlogs. Brennan smeared Moon in his own Medium article where he too leaked chatlogs. All of the developer chatlogs got leaked eventually. Brennan told Moon to forget about 8chan and go work on KF instead. Moon did just that, but Brennan couldn't let it go because Moon had stood up to Watkins when Brennan himself couldn't and still lived to tell the tale. In the subsequent years Brennan developed Troll's Remorse and had a change of heart regarding free speech due to the Q Anon conspiracy spiraling out of hand. He had a massive fall-out with Watkins, which was documented in the Q; Into The Storm documentary series. Brennan escaped the Philippines with Jim Watkins supposedly in hot pursuit, trying to have Brennan arrested for cyber-libel. Brennan then succeeded in taking down 8chan, destroying his life's work before the eyes of the world in a public act of penitence, while profiling himself as a reformed troll in the media. He became an SJW and a furry. When #DropKiwiFarms decided to nuke KF, Brennan joined the frenzy as an opportunity to attack the former friend he had betrayed. ALLEGEDLY Brennan provided material support to the #DropKiwiFarms cybercriminals that they SUPPOSEDLY used to commit cybercrimes again KF BUT THIS IS ALL SPECULATIVE AND NOT PROVEN. Brennan later broke with both Keffals and Naia as #DropKiwiFarms disintegrated. Brennan regrets the fact that KF wasn't killed completely. Brennan now believes that if he has a debate on his podcast with Joshua Moon where he convinces Moon that Near is truly dead, Joshua Moon will have a Come To Jesus moment and agree to take down KF for the sake of mankind, then become an SJW too and get together with Brennan to fight Jim Watkins.
So, am I up to date now? Like I said, I didn't know any of this backstory at all. I only recently found out, and it's still kinda surreal to me. Like, I am watching Q: Into the Storm where they go to the pig farm and I'm thinking: "So this is what Joshua Moon was referring to? This is where they feed the corpses? This is where Brennan fears ending up?". It's crazy.
