If Phil had played Bayonetta 3, I would have made some long autistic posts critiquing his gameplay. I have no interest in this shitty new God of War series.

I just wanted to say welcome to the Holibeg Season.

Phil is a spoil brat who got what he wanted (except for that Wolverine toy). Raise by a QVC Queen who bought bullshit from a Husband (Daddy Dave) would did what it took to keep his lazy wife happy. ( Sound Familiar )

To Phil this is the Season where he is entitled whatever he desires. Years ago it was to Save The House. Today it is to Hope for Hogans.

If Phil had to mentally handle any real hardship in the Holidays he would take a heavy does of 9mm sleeping pills and hopefully Khet would just leave him there.

Just a reminder to enjoy your Holidays, have good times with friends and family. Shit is tough out there and, yet we are all here to point & laugh at some 40 year old who is awful at gaming.

i'm more of a gameplay/general bullshit guy, but if you're asking me if this is new information, it isn't. it's been brought up before at least once by Phil, he said his parents argued a ton when he was a kid and started cheating on each other.

i really haven't sat through any of phils podcasts or ask the king for the last like, 8 years. once I saw a few I saw enough to know what was gonna happen. but yeah, this is not new information if that's what you're asking.

i still remember the first Christmas special...when phil came on screen, seemingly naked aside from a santa robe, man is hairy like a fucking ape. also had a jingle bells song mocking the trolls and even dethface was there...oh who could forget lovable dethface...fuck I'm going back to reading the RT thread

Yeah I wouldn't be against writing schizo screeds about Phil being absolute dogshit at a video game but the problem is that he barely plays games that I'm interested in and am playing myself, or have played if it's an older one. I checked his playlists rn and the last game he played that I would do write ups on was Mirror's Edge and he played that 6 months ago, and before that is Lost Judgment which released back in September last year.

DSP (after his amazingly embarrassing prom story) talks about his parents shitty marriage and how they may have cheated on each other so they were overprotective of him, so when he disobeyed his mother and got into a horrible car crash because of it and she was angry he disobeyed her he said "fuck this if you're going to make life about you and not about me anymore I don't care" (HE LITERALLY SAID THIS) and it "taught them a lesson" and "straightened them out a bit".

EDIT: I could swear I first saw this in a Back in Time but after quickly scanning through them I couldn't find it. It may be in some other Tevin video and thus the more watchable version potentially lost to time.

Just own up to the fact you bought a treadmill holy shit. Coulda just fabricated a more convincing lie. We got refunded for the Pelton, used the money to get a treadmill. It was a gift from my parents etc.

It's something I can relate to. I feel like DSP is playing a lot of stuff that probably appeals to kids these days, but older gamers wouldn't be interested. A lot of the times I think to myself "that game is boring why even stream it"

LMAO this is hilarious, Phil is talking about how his parents imposed "discipline for the sake of discipline" when they didn't let him go out and waste his money, they told him to save his money and Phil told his parents that he wanted to spend 6 months of savings from his job making salads (the first job he had) to go to a street fighter tournament, Phil's parents told him they don't agree and that he is wasting his money, to which Phil responded that it's his money and he can do whatever he wants, and Phil said in his story that for his parents "nothing was ever good enough and they super over disciplined". I don't think that telling your son to not waste thousands of dollars on a stupid video game tournament is a bad thing lmao, this dent was wasting all of his money even when he got his first job. He then tells how he got in the famed car accident and how it was not his fault (it was), and the first thing his mom said at the hospital was "why did you drive on that highway I told you not too", apparently Phil's parents know their autismo dented son enough to know he is too fucking stupid to drive on the highway because he will kill himself, Phil response to this was to throw a tantrum rather than admitting he was in the wrong and told his parents that he will do whatever he wants whenever he wants and that if they don't like it they can kick him out of the house, what a spoiled manchild.

Another thing he mentioned quickly but that I want to make emphasis on is that his parents bought the car that Phil destroyed, even if Phil is a manchild his parents are still stupid because they are indulging his son terrible behavior, if I had a son that is telling me that will waste thousands on dollars on a video game tournament I wouldn't buy him a car, I would tell that if the wants a car he can use his own money because he is old enough to start buying his own things now that he has a job, his parents indulge his entitled behavior, it shows how he never actually have to struggle or use his own money since mom and dad always bought him things, his mom even did his laundry when he was living by himself in the CT condo, no wonder he ended up so entitled and lacks understanding on how to manage his money properly, he never had too.

He got really excited when he bought the new TV and could put it on Amazon credit account for monthly payments. I wonder if he’s been able to put more stuff on that including these purchases. Could be fun stuff a few months from now when the payment is hundreds of dollars from shit he bought and he can’t pay it.
