Nuance: Best used when it’s some phrase that’s overused, esp when the overused thing is kind of a whiny excuse for something. It’s like rolling your eyes and making air quotes and moving your head like a bobblehead toy while quoting someone, but even a little more derisive.

Story Mode can be added on to this. Take out any level of challenge, no matter how minor and make the game simplistic enough to sleepwalk through. You gotta be Ralph Wiggum levels of retarded if you suck that badly at games where easy mode is too difficult for you.

Yep, it was in the beginning, but not in the current years, where it's slowly become some kind of cheat mode toggle. I've seen some accessibility options that don't really help with disabilities and just lowering the game's difficulty, like lowering enemies' health, reducing damage taken, higher chance to obtain recovery items, etc.
I don't game a lot, but I do use the accessibility option sometimes. I have an obscure learning disorder, and it can make basic gameplay very difficult for me at random moments. So yeah, on occasion I basically need cheat mode enabled to get through the game. Sucks, but it's nice to be able to play at all.
