If she was catching attitude with customers, I can see some innocent dude calling her "ma'am" as is Southern custom, and Sarah of course lost her shit at the "wrong pronoun" use. So true, but that isn't the whole story.
Yes, she's still fixated on the idea that she has a dick that she can totally feel and that needs to be extracted but the meanie doctors won't let her be her true self and take it out for her.
