If I recall correctly, therapists now legally cannot say that you shouldn't get GRS or they'll be fired. I might be wrong on the legality portion, but one too many therapists have gotten fired for it.

I got around 10 marks, but I did not get a line, either. I am just not envious about other's bodies, while 'just exists' implies a dissatisfaction with being a man instead of just not finding that anything remarkable.

Women are at their lowest in estrogen levels during their menstrual cycle, not highest, Strype. Estradiol levels during menstrual cycles are in the same range as males. Once the cycle is over, it shoots back up 300-500% more than males. I don't think doctors are fluctuating your estrogen levels through HRT that severely per month to give you PMS symptoms.

So far everyone I showed this to has predicted that Dave there is going to let the amhole heal over and then boast that it was totally the plan to begin with, and how cool he is having no sex organs whatsoever. Ironically I do find that fat genderblobs like this specimen do tend to pass as fat women more easily than normal-sized troons. In this case, he doesn't - at all - that hairline and massive skull give him away, but I've seen ugly frumpy fat women that come close. Plus the massive fat roll around the neck hides the adam's apple quite effectively.
