I Keep going back and forth on making one but I think no1 will Curr about Cassie as its all kind of subtle abuse and you have to have a solid understanding of autism therapies to understand why exactly its so bad. The bit where she took luna to Albania was pure madness but the farms was down and it all played out on reddit. Now she's given up with that grift and gone back to lunas junky dad it's just normal depressing child neglect.
If she starts MBPing luna again it will be worth a thread maybe.

The problem I have with Paisley's mother is she cannot live without the attention and ass pats of others. A while ago, she took down her Instagram claiming she had been getting hate and threats. Prior to this, she stopped posting pictures and videos of Paisley. I actually thought that was a great idea. Now she's back to posting her and even using her as a prop to shill her shitty MLM "business." She's disgusting. Paisley has no quality of life as it is; why degrade her even more?
Her mother's efforts should revolve around improving her daughter's quality of life with physical therapy, for example. Instead, Paisley is three and still stiff as a corpse, lying in her crib and staring at the ceiling.
Luckily, she's been losing a lot of followers and I'm sure she's getting the usual "hate" on the daily, especially for her recent posts. So fingers crossed she goes in hiding again lol.

I'd only use tear free shampoo on her. She wouldn't be able to do anything if it got in her eyes. At least she doesn't have severe seborrheic dermatitis like Luna Buna.
She got enough thousands from grifting online. Instead of Monat and vacations she should get a massage therapist to come in and loosen Paisley up a bit. There are mobile RMTs who will come to your home. She's probably literally in pain, even if severely retarded, I'm sure you could still feel it.
I feel like her mom's stupidity of withholding therapies and proper medical care pretty much crushed any potential she had in her. She even deprived her of oxygen bc she thought she understood the vent better than the nurses. She probably has hypoxic brain damage bc of this.

I genuinely enjoy looking at pictures of people's kids, but I really have to know the people to be interested. Otherwise, it's like an amateur stock photo. I think the women who get really obsessed with these children on either end of the spectrum (hateful Redditfags from blind SM supporters who just engage in this weird hero worship) are weirder than Paisley's mom herself.

For a lot of socially awkward women, I think it's easier to engage the world through their children, and that can be okay if you remember the child is also a person. Special needs moms don't always have the support and friendship other moms have, and she was probably tremendously lonely caring for this high needs little girl. Post your child online and make money if you want, but there are consequences and not everyone will love your stunning and brave activism.

Do we have a sense of Paisley's actual mental capacity?
She is definitely more aware than a pure potato, but it's clear the lights are barely on.
There is another kid shared on Instagram with the same condition (Samuel Mann) who is 17, can crawl, and is able to put together a few words. He seems to have the mental capacity of an 18-month-old.
Is that best-case-scenario for Paisley, or is she never going to reach that level?

I believe she is severely retarded. Her mother says she'll likely never speak. Yeah, she seems to be aware of her surroundings but I don' t think she'll ever grasp what is really going on with her--maybe that's actually a good thing. I remember @Thomas Eugene Paris elaborating more on this. They would be able to explain her condition much more eloquently than me.
Since Paisley's condition is so rare, I think it's hard to predict what her mental capacity will be. She doesn't seem to be getting any mental stimulation either other than watching cartoons.
I have seen Samuel Mann, he seems to be an outlier among TD survivors and the best case scenario*sigh*... I doubt Paisley will ever become as physically and mentally "advanced" as he is...

Even if she's profoundly retarded, I would think Paisley could still learn at least a few modified signs or how to use basic communication software on that Eagle Eyes shit several spud farmer patents managed to grift. Plus even as fucked as her condition is, I'm sure she would benefit from PT/OT to retain what little mobility she does have&reduce pain and contractures.

I get services in red states suck (believe me, well aware of that fact), but I would think a child with that severe level of disability would get something even in a red state. I guess the parents are too busy on tiktok shilling shampoo that makes you go bald or w/e.
