I doubt Kanye, Nick, Am1st, Cozy, etc are going to go anywhere, ultimately. They're all clowns and make for good strawmen for the left to point at and sensationalize. They might be hamstrung further down the line in some capacity but they're far more useful right now by running amok and screaming about the jews. You can barely tiptoe through modern society with an anti-Zionist position, but naked antisemites (as Kanye and the groypers have been branded, regardless of whether it's fair or not) are pretty much universally reviled in all polite company, no matter how valid the points being made are.

Ralph won't cut the cord any time soon, he's finally part of an in-group again, he's in his element. It's far more likely he'll be cast out somewhere down the line when his being a hassle outweighs his usefulness.

What @Fausto is getting at here is that cozy.gov will be taken offline because of its shit optics and the fact it doesn't turn any kind of profit. The best Fuentes can hope for is to sell it off to someone else and in turn that would get rid of the riff raff like Ralph because it's not advertiser friendly. He'll be forced to find a different streaming platform where he can play copyrighted music (lol say goodbye to Wigger Wednesdays) and avoid DMCAs so...nowhere. Taking a shot in the dark a small grain of sand got under the edge of the ring and caused irritation. Ralph being his intelligent self just kept twisting the ring spreading the irritation and inflammation. Top it off he didn't even bother to clean the wound after it began to bleed. It will be very funny if this causes scar tissue to form a ridge forever making the ring that much more uncomfortable to wear.

Now, I would NEVER accuse dear Ethan of buying a ring made of cheap metal and claiming it was a more luxurious and valuable, but that there looks like a sore from an allergey to cheap metal. He's probably doing exactly what you said though and just twisting it to reposition, exposing more of his skin to the metal and making the sore worse. Once its open enough it will get infected, and you can see by the slight bulge in skin behind the ring, its on there TIGHT.
