He’s also the author of the “got misgendered and mocked today in a bakery” post, where a based old lady caused him to have a meltdown.

That said, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen a TIM muse about how unfair it is they weren’t sexually abused as a female child, and it doesn’t surprise me. I assume that rape might work as a "trigger" event for some FtMs, just like excessive porn watching seem to trigger some MtFs, but I think the more vital link is autism / personality disorders. Both are related to having a poor sense of self and I assume that makes it easier to delude themselves into thinking this whole other person is their "true" self. There really should be more research into this, but I guess in the current day it is verboten to go against the narrative of people being born in the "wrong" body and having to go on a magical adventure to becoming their true and honest selves.
