That bartender he's pestering is based in SoCal, but she does "private" events. That can mean she does things like bartending topless, but a lot of sex workers cover themselves legally by claiming to be strippers/topless bartenders. The guy just happens to tip her $600 and they end up having sex, but only because they wanted to, the money had nothing to do with it.
