Yes, but he also listed KiwiFarms (a website) as a defendant. There is no such legal entity.Russ is suing Null directly right?

First time it’s been mentioned, so it would seem to be a decision he made last night or today.Wait, has he made that official yet? I thought his latest (late) filing was going on about how he was sick and it was Thanksgiving and he needed more time. Did he just decide to give up yesterday/today?
EDIT: I tried to archive his video, but there's a big queue. Is that normal? I just wanted to have a copy he can't delete in case he thinks better of posting it later.
Yes, and the website, something you can't actually sue.Russ is suing Null directly right?
They haven't been late THAT many times, though, obviously unprofessional on their behalf. That aside, I felt it was important to give context to the reply. And? His lawyer's run late a literally comedic number of times and fuck-all has happened.
That's false actually. The appeal is not dismissed, and yesterday he begged the court for more time to file his brief. Here's the current lolsuit situation explained:

He's giving up because there's just no way possible to sue his way onto the show.
No he didn't.You didn’t dismiss the appeal, Russ. You DROPPED the appeal. You’re not a fucking judge.
NoWait, has he made that official yet?

The way he phrased it, it sounds like he passed on arbitration because he was aware he couldn't get what he wanted from it. Of course, we don't know for sure, but it seems like he declined to me.First time it’s been mentioned, so it would seem to be a decision he made last night or today.
I’m glad it’s over, as it was getting very boring. All the juicy stuff happened early on in the suit, and the appeal was just prolonging the inevitable.
A Golden Buzzer performance! Bravo, Russell!Just got tipped off to this...
The Accommodations audition video is lost media no more. Russ just uploaded it to YouTube himself!

Was more commenting on his incorrect use of the word...not whether he did or didn't actually drop the appeal. Though it does seem from his post that he is planning on dropping it.No he didn't.
Very low energy, boring to watch. This would be terrible for even public access.Just got tipped off to this...

Because he was hoping she might suck him his peepee. This is Russ we are talking about after all.The dancer is so distracting. Why did he include her?
Guitar? Bass? Who needs those when Russ can just run backing tracks on his laptop?Because he was hoping she might suck him his peepee. This is Russ we are talking about after all.
Her Instagram, full of Russ being Russ. This is the dancer in the video. Don’t think we knew her name before.

Who needs talent when you have accommodations? Is Russ aware that the show is called America’s Got TALENT?
He says he wants each party to cover their own legal fees. Can they go after him for fees with this?Seems like Russ didn't lie. 11 minutes ago, he filed a (unopposed) motion to dismiss his appeal
