First time it’s been mentioned, so it would seem to be a decision he made last night or today.
I’m glad it’s over, as it was getting very boring. All the juicy stuff happened early on in the suit, and the appeal was just prolonging the inevitable.

The way he phrased it, it sounds like he passed on arbitration because he was aware he couldn't get what he wanted from it. Of course, we don't know for sure, but it seems like he declined to me.

I think the funniest thing about this is how in his lolsuit against Fremantle he keeps talking about how he needed to hire 3 people. I seriously thought he meant 3 musicians and had not read into the case too deeply, but no he wants Fremantle to take into account the stripper he hired to dance in the video. I now saw that he had mentioned this in his complaint but it never really registered with me until this video.
