The literal entire trans movement is based off of the idea that they're always the most horribly oppressed, downtrodden people on the planet. They get their way politically and socially by threatening suicide and bringing out big, scary (fake) numbers concerning murder rates and child suicide. If the illusion that they're incredibly oppressed and nobody cares about them lessens for even a moment, people will begin to see that it was all a charade and trans people are actually among the most privileged people on this planet. And then it would all come crashing down. So no matter how much "progress" is made towards their goals, they have to pretend that no progress is being made, ever, and in fact things are backsliding and getting worse for them all the time! or else people might start to take notice of the bullshit, and the jig would be up.

So sure, any kid can walk into Planned Parenthood and get cross-sex hormones without their parents even knowing about it - but the trans movement doesn't want you to know about that, so they'll cry about how poor ickle trans kids are being denied life-saving medical care, their puberty blockers and hormones are being taken away from them!! and the entire world's governments are trying to murderize all these little kids by forcing them to commit suicide which they will totally do because again, they definitely can't access puberty blockers or exogenous cross-sex hormones!! Otherwise you might start thinking it's kind of fucked up that trans people claim to be the most oppressed people in the entire world while having the power to throw people in prison for using pronouns based on someone's sex.

You know, since having full-throated support of every Western government and quite a few non-Western governments and having the power in those societies to force changes to the law that advantage your group over literally every other group in society including many (actually) marginalized groups isn't exactly something (actually) oppressed people have. And we can't have anyone noticing that, now can we?

Ngl, I had to do a double take before I realized that was the edited version meant to mock Billy boy. The last panel in particular, sure upon taking a second look it's clearly an image most of the more "smart" troons would say is the exception rather than the rule, but given how stupid a majority of the Troon movement tends to be it also could have been something they'd fully endorse.
