Trashfire YE24 Megathread - Kanye West (Ye) has announced his bid for the 2024 presidential election. In his infinite wisdom he has tapped Milo as his campaign manager. Nick has tagged along in order to desperately attempt to cling to relevance .

The moments where he actually acts sane is when the manic period is settling. Every few months when you would see him on the news doing something stupid, that was probably being manic. He's been off his meds for the past three years and it shows. When you're in a state like he is, it's quite a vulnerable position and you often get used. This is actually why severely mentally ill people have incredibly high rates of being the victims of crime.

It also doesn't help that his contracts to businesses and companies are also quite shit.

You have to either dodge the attack ala Bush’s be the Shoe, or retaliate with unexpected extreme force ala Buzz Aldrin and the Punch, or take it and keep going like Roosevelt and the attempted assassination, laugh it off, or have your friends hold you back as you go apparently stark raving mad.

Nick did none of these. Perhaps not all would have worked well, but some would, perhaps saying “wow they really mean it when you order animal style” or some shit.
