Good unpopular opinion, I recognize that's what this thread, but I need to chimp out here.

Swing and Big Band, while technically their own sub-genres, are just more proof of white people being better at black music than blacks. I guess you could say the same for Elvis and old Rock and Roll, but, that's always felt like a tenuous connection to me. There's a reason everyone knows the name Sinatra, and everyone knows the tune to 'Sing, Sing, Sing', even if you've never heard it, and no one knows the all time greats of Jazz, or can even hum any popular tunes.

We as a society need to objectify males more, in a female gaze way. Most content involving beautiful, sexualized men is clearly made by gay men. It's mostly unappealing to women. It's very hard to explain the female gaze, but it's different from the homo gaze. Please I just want to not have to wade through piles of gay shit to find something that actually turns me on.

EPA regulations gutted the car industry.

I don't care that much about gas mileage if, I get a bullet proof engine with RWD. I don't want to spend 60k now to get a 30k truck 5 years ago. The 4runner, anything Jeep and the Bronco are almost 100% not used for what they are marketed for.

4Runner base trims are fine, but the upper trims are 100% mall crawlers.

It's not stuff like "emotional intelligence". That's a bullshit copout.
I mean stuff like how little girls are healthier than little boys (even from the womb, boys are higher-risk for illness and injury) and how despite boys getting physically stronger as they age, girls retain that durability.
Thing is, I almost NEVER see it trained or encouraged. The only women I knew who did it to their own daughters were some poor WWII-Era women I knew before they died, and some rural women now.
It even comes across as sexist to try, sometimes, because everyone is so focused on gender equality that telling a little girl "You're a girl, suck it up and keep going." is going to be seen as horribly patriarchal.
