Nothing particularly exciting here, rather banal really. Which is why I’m posting it.
The following were all near the top of the r/topsurgery sub on the day I took the screenshots (last Thursday - bit busy keeping up with the Mermaids thread at present to post elsewhere but still documenting what I come across).
These are surgical results that are considered normal. Mundane.
All were posted within about a 36 hour period.
It strikes me how absolutely none of these surgeries has done anything towards making a female body look male.
They all just look like breast cancer survivors.
Now, it’s perfectly fine to have a body that looks like this if the context is ‘I had to get my tits amputated because my titcells were literally trying to kill me’ but in the context of transgender/sex change/whatever you want to call it (or even just outright body modification for the hell of it) it’s absolutely no wonder that these women are, in the majority, less than satisfied.
Surgery cannot realise their fantasy.

It doesn’t bother me at all and I could have a cover up/rework but can’t be arsed as I rarely even think about it…

I heard a story from a smaller hospital where an anorexic patient swapped trays of jello in a fridge so that her group would get the sugar free and diabetic patients would get regular. the ashley isaacs is a great example of how terrible some of them are.

Since FtMs are still female in their bone structure, regardless how 'gruff' they've become, they'll still look women, especially when they've got their clothes off. (Even Buck Angel still looks like a woman, especially in comparison with the men who fucked her)
