federal tax debt isn't forgivable, just private unsecured debt... so the feds don't give a singular fuck about granting it, since ppb owns nothing but trinkets and old gamer shit. I know cuz my folks sold off my cars and anything worth anything in my name cuz they expected me to declare bankruptcy over $1 million in medical bills.
