So the common thread we're seeing here is UTTP (and/or some other four-letter acronym) and variations of the below cartoon cop clipart:

Okay, so to the best of my understanding, the UTTP (or UTubeTrollPolice) originated in the GoAnimate community as a sort of "anti-trolling trolling group", fought with the VGCP (or Video Game Cartoon Police) via "grounding videos" (read the GoAnimate thread, I'm not explaining that shit), and then eventually centralized on Google+ as an anti-fandom trolling ecosystem around 2015. My knowledge of the group had ended there, with me thinking they all just went down with the G+ ship, but apparently, the UTTP label became similar to that of Anonymous, in that any sperg or group of spergs could pick it up and run with it. And pick it up and run with it they did, because where did the UTTP decide to migrate when Google+ died?

And interestingly enough, after GoAnimate died, they adopted Gacha Life as their new main target (which honestly makes sense, considering the two sites essentially lead to the same type of content from autistic children). However, on Discord, a strain of the UTTP (the strain that is incredibly likely to be the one that would later become the Foodists) would run into and mix with other, much more notorious trolling groups - more specifically, they'd mingle with the JMAA trolling community:

I'm assuming based on the Twitter username, that account you're referring to may be run by Mela M. I'm not sure if Mela M actually has any ownership within the Foodist/Clay Eater sphere, but @butth3ad would probably know more about that.
