ugly people become troons because nobody ever loved them until they were embraced by other troons. perhaps notable that troonism is on the rise while sexual activity and overall socialization is at an all-time low among young people. despite the stereotypes of young people being sluts, the current generation has significantly less sex than any previous generation, and also spend more time alone than any previous gen. i also think its harder for uggos to get laid or date because its just easier to find attractive people now bc of the internet. overall this is creating a statistically significant group of young men who've never been loved in their lives, and they desperately desperately wish they could be. troonism is basically a sex revolt. this clearly leaks out when they start breaking womens' boundaries and demanding pussy. the alt-right, incels, mass shooters, etc are facets of the same phenomenon
I don't know that I agree, not least because physical appearance matters far less to women than it does for men (that is, women are way more likely to date an "ugly" man and love him than a man is to willingly date an "ugly" woman) - for women, it tends to be much more about personality than looks. But also, many if not most trans-identified men have had successful relationships before, including Tony here who, as Amholio pointed out, has been married twice and has a biological child. There are scores of trans-identified men who have lived long, successful lives with wives and children before "coming out" and blowing their lives up.

I think a lot of it has to do with wanting power/control and to be the center of attention at all times, with a side of porn addiction and our socially isolated society contributing. How many men who troon out immediately start making demands of everyone around them, including demanding to control other people's very thoughts? How many men troon out as soon as their wife/girlfriend gives birth and he's no longer the most important person in the room? How many men troon out after being addicted to pornography for some time and becoming enraptured with sissy or trans porn? Etc. (Not to mention the trans movement is the biggest men's rights movement in the world, and men who go trans can literally get away with rape and child molestation without it even impacting their careers, and they get automatic benefit of the doubt when they're said to have raped women and so on, so that's another factor for a lot of these guys.)

But I think it's a multifaceted issue. Just like the alt-right movement is impacted by the increasingly polarized political landscape and the rise of anti-intellectualism (which, I might add, the trans movement contributes to by instructing people not to trust science but instead to believe mystical pseudoreligious theories about soul genders and biological sex not being real), there's a lot more going on there too. (Incels are a little different, as I strongly believe they - and misogynistic mass shooters - are driven by the progress of feminist activism in making it so that women don't have to settle for whatever man will have them anymore and can feel free to avoid bad and abusive men - like them - which infuriates them as they feel entitled to women's bodies and labor. This isn't women's fault, it's the fault of men who are unwilling or unable to adjust to life after women became allowed (in most parts of the world, anyway) to have their own bank accounts and file for no-fault divorce.)

Basically, Tony and folks like him seem to operate on the idea that information bubbles are in fact, good. Their side should be allowed to drip out ideas to the public as they see fit. They aren't angry because they think Libs of TikTok are misrepresenting them--far from it--they're angry because the shit they post hasn't been laundered by their media allies for wider consumption. It's like if Mormons were followed around door to door by guys shouting about how Yaweh is one of many post-mortal alien deities nutting out the human race with his many star-wives. It's not that the Mormons don't believe that, they're pissed because it's not part of the sales pitch.
100%. They're not mad because it's not true, they're mad because they got caught. It's not that they're angry because they aren't, say, grooming kids or exposing children to vulgar and sexual performances through "drag storytimes," it's that they're angry they got caught doing it and people are upset about it. It makes their movement look bad to be seen doing these things - so they don't want to be seen doing these things, but they absolutely want to keep doing them.

Luckily, liberals are always ready to embrace a cause under the clearly important and valid rallying cry of "right-wingers don't like this therefore it must be incredibly amazingly good!" because they're totally thinking things through here, so people like Libs of TikTok will be harassed en masse and the drag queen story hours will continue to be protected. Because critical thinking is bad, I guess.

@Sourceress great post! I find it a bit sad that I've never seen any of the beautiful women in my life date a good-looking man. Before our MRA friends show up to argue with you, we should clarify that we are talking about dating here, not hooking up. I think the incel types you mention in your third paragraph have seen how [straight] women will be picky about looks for a one-night stand, but almost always date down (wayyyy down) in actual relationships. [straight] Men are the opposite - they'll take home anything they can find if they're still alone when the bar closes, but will refuse to commit to or be seen publicly with a woman unless they feel they can show her off to other men.

Because critical thinking is bad, I guess.
@Sourceress My only addendum is critical thinking hard. Some people can be taught it, some can't. Some don't know it when they see it.

Critical thinking can be bad in their social groups though - it drops you a point or two for questioning things thought to be self evident instead of being able to justify why it's bad (even basic things like murder bad have many reasons why it's bad).

On this basis, you could ban every media outlet, plus every religious text.
Stochastic terrorism is an argument to ban speech completely. Why should we allow Tony to talk about troon shit? Some TERF terrorist is going to see that and shoot up a supermarket!

The only safety is that the state, and only the state, is allowed to speak. It's not perfect safety as stochastic terrorism will still occur due to wreckers who want to undermine our democracy but without the state communicating for us how will we know what to do? Maybe I can see allowing some quoting of passages from the Chairman's book to each other for inspirational purposes.

I definitely agree, critical thinking can be hard and it's much easier to just go with the flow. Both sides of the political divide rely on this - don't question why TWAW, don't question why you can't trust the liberal media, etc. But it's such an absolutely vital skill! It's so important!

I feel like a lot of this on the leftist side started with that whole.. y'all remember a bunch of years back when leftist social media decided that nobody who is oppressed should be expected to explain their oppression? And like, that's fine as a concept because it's not cool to put people on the spot and expect them to regurgitate their trauma for you! But it led to people basically banning the asking of questions about anything even related to oppression. I kind of feel like that's where this all started.

Because like... you need to be able to ask questions. If someone just says "murder is bad" then you should be able to explore that by asking questions and processing the responses - how is murder bad, is it possible that it can be good (hell yes pedos get the rope), who has the right to murder (ie does the state have the right to murder people), etc. You can't have an informed opinion of anything without critical thinking and questioning!

But then.. that's the bottom line. Trans activists don't want you to have an informed opinion, because then you'd know about all the shit they do and say and believe that they don't want you to know about.

What tranny started saying Stochastic Terrorism? 'Cuz I swear to God it's like their new favorite words, and I don't think most of them know what it means...

Tony’s first use of it on Twitter was in late April this year, then nothing until June 14 when he started using it a lot when talking about Libs of TikTok.

It seems the term was being used a lot in the days before Tony’s June 14 tweet by people talking about the hearings into the January 6 protests. I imagine he’s picked it up from there.

Tony's ex wife basically said as much when she accused Tony of treating their son like an accessory. Remember when heiresses carried their toy Chihuahuas around in designer bags? Same shit, different decade.

Can confirm. I know a woman whose ex trooned out whilst their now 10 year old son was an infant (it was the reason they split), fast forward to now and the kiddo doesn’t want to spend time with his dad anymore (like Tony, he also doesn’t want his kid to call him dad) because he doesn’t do anything age appropriate or fun with him. Whenever Troon Dad has custody he just parks his son in the corner of the bar his bearded lady girlfriend works in all day so he can hang out with other brave stunners. He was really pissed off when he found his custody week fell over Pride in our city and desperately tried to get out of looking after his own child, despite the fact it was arranged in advance and both mum and step dad were due to be out of town.

His son now finds his quality time with dad boring and uncomfortable and has told his mum and step dad he doesn’t want to spend time at dad’s house anymore. In contrast, he really likes his step dad, because he actually makes an effort and does normal stuff like play football and vidya with him.

It's been in the leftie lexicon for a while, you can see it suddenly pop up every so often ever since somebody spotted it in academia (iirc the woman who invented it was definitely not intending it as proof of causation, it's more of a concern about if variables are missing, i.e. you can't know what media a terrorist was watching if he never tells you) and started telling other people about it:

I looked into those spikes starting in 2018 and there's a whole bunch of mainstream news articles calling this or that event like a shooting to be stochastic terrorism caused by Donald Trump. Just to pick a couple from major news entities. The NYT in October 2018:

The Washington Post in August 2019:

That article linked back to this Wired one from January 2019:

I clicked on that link btw to make sure the 2011 Daily Kos blogger is not Tony (it's not) and you'll see there the same theme, that speech the author doesn't like is causing terrorism (even as the author admits that the specific shooting that inspired his post is not actually an example, he still thinks it could have been so it counts):
1670311996607.png1670312055901.png1670312083372.png

Just some snippets from a whole bunch of other stochastic articles from just that original narrow 2018-2019 frame, only in the last does the journalist actually suggest what he wants done (albeit thinking the FCC somehow controls the internet) almost every single one (and more I didn't click on) is the same theme, BAD THING HAPPEN IT TRUMP FAULT AND NOW WE HAVE STUPID THEORY THAT PROVES IT:

One honest student journalist (I'll spare him incase he hasn't graduated yet, there might still be time to save him) in that period writes an article saying that he wants the government to shut down the entire internet to stop right-wing stochastic terrorism:

edit: also note the dates on four of the above, two on August 4, 2019 and two more on August 5, 2019, these weren't alone and that week is the biggest spike for the phrase Google ever has recorded, but remember JournoList is a right-wing conspiracy theory (even as Twitter has made it publicly visible to everyone) :tomgirl:

Perhaps, just maybe, the kids are still based.

The Washington Post in August 2019:
"There are no lone wolves" damn, doing The Unibomber dirty like that straight out.

Trump: these people were mean and should apologize! How do they hate this country but live in it?
This dipshit: Oh my god he's trying to kill them.

I don't get it. Any crazy person can misinterpret shit. How many people can link catcher in the rye to murder now?

Thank god before Trump no violence happened. Aside from the Doom shooting of Columbine, of course.

There was this one killing that happened because the guy was hallucinating the vampire queen from Queen of the Dammed was telling him to kill. Therefore the shitty movie was responsible for stochastic terrorism and should be banned.

Perhaps, just maybe, the kids are still based.
The good news is that most adults with kids report their kid don't think much of gender. The access and ability to get genderspecial things has increased, but most kids still roll their eyes or think it's silly.

This kid is based for he also can tell when someone just... doesn't care about him. The truth is that parents have treated their kids as fashion accessories or neglected dogs long before this, and a good number of kids can figure this out and prefer some adults over others. It's a sad part of life but the fact that so many kids figure it out even before puberty means troons who engage in it get shat on. Power to that kid, glad he has 2 adults (mom and stepdad) who love him.

To be fair, Queen of the Damned does make me want to kill. On the other hand, so does every Vampire Chronicles book after Interview. RIP Anne Rice, but damn, that lady fell off.

God bless 'em.

Good stepdeads are underrated, man. And probably not as common as they should be, but eh.

I think Tony’s whole transbian relationship is a contrived performance and publicity thing. A way of saying ‘look how regular and happy we are, whilst also contending with genocide and terrorism’. The fixation with some kind of imaginary fascist uprising is a way of controlling the narrative and dirtying the waters for any perceived opposition.

The idea that the blame for some crank cutting power can be placed on a twitter account may follow some logic. The logic being that, if you openly criticize something, people may be inspired to violence. If Tony is driven by this logic however, he may want to start campaigning for the TV networks and universities to be shut down for advancing the ‘white privilege’ conspiracy theory that likely inspired Darrell Brooks to action.

Every journalist who has ever used the term ‘whiteness’, by Tony’s logic, has blood on their hands. The Chicago Kidnapping? Blame CNN? That Micah Xavier guy who shot the cops? Put John Oliver behind bars.

Does being a member of a five-man polycule, consisting entirely of delusional men who think they’re women, most of whom are college students, count as being “regular”?

Edit: Part of me thinks it would be bad for Zac’s political career if this was exposed, but then again his constituents did elect a repressed gay man who narrated his amhole surgery recovery.
