Once again, nick called it: lawtube is hella gay and nothing but drama.

These days, the only law content I really consume on youtube is the blackbelt barrister. It's nice to finally get something UK-based that isn't either a tax-dodger filming bailiffs for the hundredth time, or some idiot sovcit who thinks he knows the law. And yes, we do have them. His delivery leaves something to be desired, and his face makes me want to punch the screen a lot of the time, but he seems to know what he's talking about. I'm sure it'll give all you yanks something to laugh at as well, as he explains our crummy legal system in minute detail.

Not sure if he counts as lawtube, specifically, but he's on the tube and doing law, so nyeh.

I happened to pop to a live stream he was doing with Gosney where they were catching up on some ongoing case. Branca stopped and complained about the lack of likes on the stream saying that if it's not at least 50% likes to viewers, then there is no point in him doing the stream. lol ok then don't do the stream. He was trying to bully his viewers into clicking like. Guy just seems like an all around asshole.

He made broad statements about "the haters" that criticize Nick and other like him. I didn't care, since it was only a short part of an entertaining stream. Then he dug into something that does peak my interest. He stated definitely that nobody could find his bar number and real name unless he told them. Well that put a needle under my nail and I had to dig at it.

I can't 100% verify this info is correct. I can only state that when this person dropped off the face of the earth "legal mindset" appeared. There is no trace left behind before "legal mindset" was created. This other person has no current employment that can be found on the internet. They may be blowing truckers for employment, but not showing up on google. Please feel free to post evidence that I"m retarded and overlooked something simple. I believe there is so little information to go on that this could at least be a solid base .

The Corporation that was set up was purely to practice law. I still can't find a law firm in Florida that has anybody with that name currently employed for the last 2 years.

This is a law firm connected with Podlaski, but they don't currently list him as an employee.

He moved to Korea some time either just before or during covid (was Korea even allowing people in?). Korea has very strict privacy laws, and he's described himself as doing the equivalent of contract work while overseas. (He's only learning Korean, and I'm not aware he's done the equivalent of the bar over there, so I don't think he can do work as a lawyer in Korean courts.) He's moved around apartments at least once, maybe twice since being over there.
