During the jewhad against this place he tweeted something stupid like "it really puts the lie to the saying 'dont feed the trolls' because the only way to win is to fight back" or something like that. I don't have a Twitter that isn't blocked otherwise I would post the tweet. He was just dickriding the trannies pretending that he had something to do with the site being down. He's hateable more than anything, but he is kind of fascinating too. I had a fish once that would knock itself stupid against the glass wall of the tank. I tried everything to make him stop. Put up paper to block all reflections, changed his diet etc but nothing helped. He was determined to keep trying to bust out through the glass. Pat is the human version of that fish. 4 years of humiliating himself has taught him nothing. He is driven by some weird compulsion that I don't understand. I didn't hate the fish though. I was sad when it died. Pats heart will explode soon and I'll miss laughing at him, but I won't feel anything close to grief.

I think it was intentional as part of Penn Jillette’s stage persona to look like a douchebag.
