That place must stink of fried foods and old oil. The wanna be chef also uses the same towel to wipe his hands covered in chicken juice then proceeds to wipe the oil overflow on range top and finishes it off by wiping the whole counter with the same oil / chicken juice soaked towel.

We don't do food stamps or SNAP type cards. In Ontario, if you're either on provincial disability or welfare, you get 1 check meant to cover all needs. On disability, certain medical conditions, (requiring air tight documentation), will get you a bit extra for added or special food items monthly & that has to be re-certified annually. Pretty much the only other source of food items is the network of food banks. Got to have your shit together there as a recipient as most only allow you to draw one food box a month & right now, the food banks are really hurting - staggeringly high demand & fewer donations as food inflation bites hard.

That's basically all that was said as the discussions surrounding him lasted at most 45 seconds, is there anything specific you're looking for that I could try to answer?

From my imperfect recollection, and I welcome corrections or additions- his lawyer took care of several of her cases at the same time, asked for this case to be delayed to a further date, The Crown prosecutor lightly questioned this and mentioned that they first appeared in June and no election regarding the proceedings had been done yet, an election was made (Trial in front of the judge alone, no preliminary inquiry which means they are not seeking for the prosecution to prove that they have enough proof to move forward with the case) and a date was set.

My understanding is that his lawyer showed up. The lawyer did not show up in August, which is why Cracky had to appear in person in October. Today, the lawyer asked to postpone the proceedings again, which surprised the judge somewhat, who asked if he was willing to waive his right to a speedy trial. The lawyer said that was okay, and they would proceed to a hearing (trial?) with a judge only, not jury. I don't know if a date was set for that or not.

As a first-hand observer, can you verify or correct these statements?

I would have thought that if I was being taken to court for something I didn't do, I'd want it over and done with quick bloody smart, rather than have it hanging over my head for so long. I would also want the crown to prove they have an actual case against me. If he is innocent as he claims, then the crown can have no case against him and no evidence. Is this Mae's (dumbest victim ever) case, or the other alleged one we've heard about via the super-unreliableChantal but know nothing about.

I can't remember who was the lawyer at any of the hearings- I want to say he had a male one at some point? Unsure whether it was a colleague replacing his actual lawyer or a case of changing lawyers. Right now. Maître Annabelle Clavet-Routhier is the lawyer representing him, and I don't think she's our semi-equivalent to a public defender, and I can confirm she was there this time. I know that he (Nader) once didn't show up when he was supposed to, which made the Court issue a suspended mandate to force him to show up lest he be arrested- this was the Court date before the last one, I believe, I would have posted at about it here, so you should be able to find my summary of events if you use the search function by poster name. I missed the last hearing due to technical issues, but I do believe he was represented by a lawyer then, however he had been ordered to be present at the last hearing which isn't true this time around.

A date was set for this, January 18th.

I don't think there has been any confirmation that this is truly Mae's case. I haven't heard anything about the cause of action during any of the hearings I've attended.

From memory only, all we've ever heard is Mae confirming certain court dates pertain to her charges against him, and one was for a second alleged victim. Chantal confirmed that as well. Both Mae and Chantal are notorious for their attention seeking though, and I wouldn't trust a word coming out of either of their mouths.

Then there is Monty who just makes shit up that has said he knows someone that works in the court system in Gatineau and has claimed these are sexual assault cases.

There is allegedly a second case which was listed in court for Oct 4 but not in Gatineau, (his Gatineau appearance was Oct 12). No-one was able to find it though, so speculation is rife and only backed up by Mae and Chantal confirming this second case with both saying it's another sexual assault case. In other words, who knows if it's real or not...but could it explain his recent absence from youtube?

Crossposting for relevance: I haven't been able to riddle out where the hell today's hearing took place just yet, already exhausted Ontario's lists but haven't had time for Quebec or other provinces. Quebec takes a bit longer to search since we don't know if this non-Mae hearing is for a criminal or civil case.

Mae seems to think that it’s Toronto where the other case is, it happened when he was there with chinny, apparently he took some time out from her to go and see some friends when they were staying there.
