Trying to interpret this, but sounds like when the buyout talk started Twitter lost some engineers involved with going after child porn and didn't prioritize doing much about it.

Appreciate anything like this that helps drag Jack's name through the mud.

On his actual twitter he has images, but now they are starting to censor names and pictures from messages.. which is odd, considering they had no problem naming names with the first two drops

They might have got yelled at by a lawyer.

They did that because the SJWs started screeching about throwing the book at them for exposing private DMs without prior consent obtained or given:

Of course, none of these far leftists ever gave a fuck about users' privacy when they were the ones secretly profiling, cyberstalking, blacklisting and, yes, going through the private DMs of defunct subreddits they had managed to hijack:

Again, these people don't give a flying fuck about the privacy of the people they target.

This is what they fear:

Here's a thread from someone who claims he was subjected to Twatter's deboosting in the midst of a political campaign, giving out more information about the groups requesting the censorship, during which even his lawyer was deboosted:

Quite insane how the leaks not only have the receipts of everything we suspected was going on but also so much extra shit. The fact the actual President and his White House staff, along with almost the entirety of his political party had almost 0 contact with these creatures and yet so many of the bureaucrats and government employees were in contact really shows how much the Deep State was involved on this. Not only is there enough for a massive lawsuit by dozens of people already here, there are quite literally endless examples of corruption to a level that would make most South American governments blush.

Not to mention the sheer whiplash of "It's not happening" to "It's happening but you are overhyping and misrepresenting" to "It's happening and it's good shut up". 2023 is shaping up to be a insane fucking year.

You forgot "Oh, that's ancient history, why are you bringing that up?"

I’m struck by how happy they are to be doing whatever the FBI wanted and getting pissed over jokes. James Woods seems to have outraged them regularly and made them want to treat jokes as rule violations.
If anything it's nice to know jokes, be they good ones or low effort shitpost ones, do legitimately get under the skin of these petty faggots. Whenever they attempt to play cool and aloof and say it doesn't bother them, just know that it 100% does bother them.

That they knew the laptop was real is obvious - they were sitting on it for a year.
The question is: what can you prove in a court of law? Let's even assume that you have proved that they were knowingly lying, can you tell which law was broken? What was it? It wasn't violation of the 1A (nothing in the 1A about government agents lying). Maybe you could construct it as libel against the NYPost? But can someone be libeled anonymously? They didn't mention NYPost by name.

That's the the law at present. I doubt if you could even use anti-trust laws against the social media companies colluding to censor. Most of these laws concern extracting monopoly rents from customers, and in these case users are not customers, and certainly they haven't paid unfair prices.
The existing laws simply do not fit this new situation. This kind of mass censorship by monopolies wasn't technically possible before. There will be push from both sides to regulate social media, but this will open another can of worms, because it's hard to define what precisely are we trying to forbid here. Should social media companies be completely banned from removing legal content? What about thematic forums where you ban off-topic content? What about spam, porn and gore? Should it only be applied to monopolies/cartels? Imagine debating this in the boomer-infested Congress.
I predict that the left will push for some 'expert' board (like the Jankowicz one) in charge of what can be said, while the GOP will successfully challenge that on 1A grounds. But since they can't rely on private companies being on their side, they will probably try to somehow strip them from the section 230 protections if they moderate too much (this is being done already in the judiciary). This in turn will backfire and result in a wave of lawsuits from malicious actors whose spam and porn was removed by some random mod, possibly causing exodus. It's going to be a shitshow in the next couple of years.
That is not the law at present. I am going to quote the first amendment for you.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

If congress can make no law abridging the freedom of speech, then they have no legal authority to request the removal of twitter posts. Even requesting them is a constitutional violation on it's face. They violated the first amendment on two fronts, both by requesting the removal of posts by normal people and by requesting the removal of legitimate journalism. You are completely wrong on this front.

I think the reasoning is that individual congressmen politely requesting something (without threat of legal action) isn't "making a law", just as individual congressmen praying isn't estabilishment of religion.
This is of little importance though, because we now have much more proof of FBI involvement, which actually counts as "congress making a law" according to case law.

So three "Safety" team members are quitting because they say there's a rise in slurs against black men (which multiple independents have shown is other black men saying the n word....and they care about black MEN now?) And people saying faggots. This is a HORRIBLE tragedy he's caused and makes them leave. Yet since Musk took over Child Exploitative content has drastically dropped, and the three largest hashtags used to trade and sell it that were allowed for years were removed. Has had many acknowledgements by people who fight against this filth. No mention of that from the team, who would clearly have access to know this is on the platform and to see the change since two weeks worth of AY NIGGA immediately sent them running.

According to this team automated moderation usage has dramatically increased, while manual moderation has dropped, and this is TERRIBLE for the site because the manual (eg. Then) are the ONLY safeguard against bad content.

The same quote claims "a lot of manual moderation is needed because abuse is nuanced and contextual to offline", meaning they claim they put a lot of time and thought into their manual moderating (which means an actual person decides).

Since Musk has taken over and made these changes child pornographic material has dropped, hashtags and users that have been sharing for years banned, and a new moderation system specifically for that put in place.

So these people who heavily manually moderated the site for years with great care to remove everything from FAGGOT NIGGER to "nuanced and contextual offline" yet left open and blatant pedophila content untouched for said years, on the same links and hashtags and users, and are now quitting because someone might say faggot. That also means the two people who have an open lawsuit with twitter because they've begged them FOR YEARS to remove child pornographic material OF THEMSELVES and were told "no we won't" and "impossible" had their concerns manually looked into, not by a bot.

Makes you think huh?

Do they even realize how they sound?

… the credibility of the system and the beauty of Twitter, the platform where anyone could be heard, regardless of the number of their followers.
Another red line for me was when previously banned accounts such as those on the far right… were reinstated.

Anyone can be heard, as long as you're not saying anything we disagree with.

All of this will be stuff that only autists find out about. Mainstream media is on radio silence about the files. The BBC this morning at the same time as the Trump Banning files were released, put up a front page piece on how Elton John is quitting Twitter because of misinformation; that's a state funded news agency BTW.
