As I know Rackets loves unsolicited advice while religiously reading his own thread plus everyone in this thread enjoys reading what spergs think, let me offer my quick thoughts again.
The question is less so about specifics around alt-tech and if Rumble is a pos platform or not. The question that has been facing Rackets since Rittenhouse is if he's ready to take the next step in running things like an actual professional small business and not just a hobby that makes money. I don't know of any 1:1 comparisons I could make but if we look at someone like Tim Pool, he has a consistent schedule, doesn't randomly not show up for days at a time then burn himself out doing 72 hours of streaming over 4 days. Tim Pool's editors and other employees surely have well defined expectations and oversight when needed unlike Ryan the Editor whom Nick has repeatedly said he basically lets do what he wants and doesn't like to manage.
If Nick thinks he's happier being lazy and letting his oppositional defiance lead to him spiting his audience, then so be it. Happiness is priceless and there's plenty of dollars to be milked in the meantime. But if he wants to grow his business to the next level and stay there, he's going to have to start acting like it's a professional business.
