I think that's most subreddits at this point. E.g. they created r/TrueOffMyChest because people were turning the original r/OffMyChest into an exercise in creative writing and 'human behavioral study', and suffice it to say that pretty soon they'll be creating r/TrueTrueOffMyChest.
As bad as r/OffMyChest is, at least they haven't fallen hook, line and sinker for the tranny stuff. A post from that sub made the rounds on Twitter last week, which it look downright sane by comparison. This is admittedly a low bar when you're comparing it to Twitter trans activists, but still.
I was initially going to praise OMC for being the voice of reason on tranny stuff, but fuck that. "Talk to a doctor who will tell your 14 y/o kid she's trans" is
not the most responsible position.

Mother of trans FtM goes online to vent about her perceived inadequacies for not putting the kid on hormones (she's 14). Reddit's response is largely to support the mother -
she's doing what she can, it's okay to wait.
A few people chastise the mother for being a bad ally. These people are downvoted.
OP literally has a medical condition that makes her struggle with remembering stuff. But bullying the mentally disabled is progressive when it's done for
TWANS WIGHTS!!!!
At least it got downvoted, as did these ones:

Comments that weren't sufficiently gender-affirming got memory-holed, and even some of the ones that were! But the reply that says there's no medical risks to early transition? That one must stay, of course!
Take note of the comment scores though. Because while the mods can remove comments, they cannot remove downvotes.
A few of the non-affirming comments survived:
But after moderation, the overwhelming tide of opinion seems to be:
you should see a medical professional and take the gender-affirming route.
Admittedly, this takes a few years, so blockers will be off the table by the time this happens. But we're at the point where this is now considered the healthy middle-ground.
