you can find other guided meditations, on youtube and shit, but theres also loads of degenerate shit similar to the sissy shit also on youtube, in the suggested recommendations for that kind of thing (literlaly how i found it- rain sounds for sleeping, then normal meditation, then hypnonsis, then all these weird anime fetish audios start cropping up in the recomened. Pretty sus and weird, youtube.)

i woudl consciously make the decison to NOT liste to it, if you want to listen to sleep meditations do that, spend some time finding something similar but not degen.
