With his “anime-respecting board,” and all the other stuff, his 1k year old dragon loli avatar speaks for itself. How extra, that he even put his stupid hat on it.

I've been anticipating the arc where Nintendo/Intelligent Systems tells him to stop using their character. It could happen and it is Nintendo. I already don't think it's a great idea to attach the photo with her to this sale, I've seen people get C & D'd for less.
Most of the merch just has the new terrible logo slapped on stuff, the logo which was supposed to be temporary. Graf's too cheap to commission a better logo, not surprising since he stole the last one from an Israeli cancer research clinic.
I don't think they would care unless Poast and graf in particular became big news and that inflicted some monetary loss to them. It's just a picture next to an username.
