I love how people knew to this drama instantly side with Allison without knowing what started all of this. I have absolutely zero sympathy for Alison Rapp, because working for a family friendly company like Nintendo -doing PR, no less- while advocating legalizing child pornography (among other things)? Yeah, dumbshit move if there ever was one. Nintendo was firmly in the right to fire her, because word would have gotten out eventually, and they'd have an even bigger PR shitstorm to deal with from the far right's moral guardians about employing a CP advocate (the fact she's a prostitute is largely negligible).
In the long run, this won't affect Nintendo in any way whatsoever (most people will forget about this by the time Star Fox Zero drops in a couple weeks), but Alison very much as an 'out, damned spot' situation on her hands, because the internet never forgets. Any future employers will see she supports CP and legalizing it... that alone makes her unemployable to any potential businesses.
Though, who knows? Maybe she could emigrate to Canada and go work for the zombie that calls itself BioWare these days... I'm sure they'd be happy to employ her.

Allison probably has some clients who are either connected to the powerful people in Seattle, or are the powerful people. I don't think she has to worry about getting caught in a police sting, even if they do find out about her "career". She'll be fine. Nah, no way does she have any high profile clients. She's an autistically vocal soc-juser for one, with tattoos, so she'd make terrible arm candy for the socialite crowd, and even if she had been hooking well before she put up ads, it was probably kept inside her social circles. She may have picked up a few business clients while she was working with nintendo, but I doubt it was anyone with any political clout.
