Boogie / Boogie2988 / "Francis" / Steven Jason Williams - Fat, Rapidly Declining Divorced "Nice Guy" Middle-Aged Youtuber, Former Edgy Porn Blogger, lied about having cancer and being molested. Cohost of fake drama show "Lolcow Live (LCL)". Just WILL NOT die.

While once upon a time I'd have agreed with you, I think that ship has sailed.
Boogie is clearly not interested in games anymore, and gamers aren't really interested in him if his recent view counts are accurate. His audience has shifted to people he's "trained" (<- Boogie's exact words) to listen to his constant whining and nod along to tell him what a big brave boy he is for only eating 10 000 calories that day. It's a weird crowd he's got now, they all just want to join him on the podium for the Oppression Olympics; constantly oversharing their own problems like they're in AA rather than replying to the tweets/low tier videos of an overly entitled, unemployed man child.
And man, I don't want to judge a whole audience because that's what people do to us a lot, but if you read some of the shit they say whenever Boogie talks about his ex wife it seems he's got A LOT of virgins'-with-rage tuning in.
You're right. I should have said he missed that boat by a few years.

Who nowadays is actually his audience that isn't there just to hate watch? Anyone old enough to know of the original Francis videos and the "I'm Fat Boohoo" clickbaits knows he's a piece of shit. And I don't see why 12 year-olds want to watch a 50 year old morbidly obese man whine about his ex and how hard it is to find a good escort.

He doesn't have much of a fanbase left outside of a small but loyal group of casual viewers. Hence why his videos worth hate clicking are the only ones that get clicks. Most of his loyal fans at this point are people with mental and/or physical disabilities of their own, are gullible enough and dumb enough to have fallen for his "I'm just this fat and sweet guy who made it famous despite my difficult upbringing" schtick, and are usually incels. Whenever I lurk comments on his videos or on his subreddit, it's the people that stick up for him that are sometimes the most interesting because they all tend to tick the same boxes.

Here's an average Boogie fan that took me less than 20 seconds to find on his "I need your help video".

Ho Ho ho! It's that time of year, let's look at how Boogie's videos are doing for December

Oh boy, looks like someone will be seething soon. This time last year we discussed how long till he can't get videos past 20k views.... Soon he will be under 10k per vid.
At this rate I'll be more surprised he doesn't blow his brains out soon. I didn't expect even Lowtax to do that, but this is classic.

He's already past the panic stage and looks like he just wants a way out now.

And again, boogie. What are you doing. You never had an FWB, you have whores. And nobody wants someone like you. This is barely concealed suicide bait for a guy his age reminiscing about his parents and old whores that kicked him out.

And as people are saying to him on the thread, he's still fat, mentally ill, and about to be homeless.

I think the difference with Lowtax is that Lowtax had a glimpse of a normal life worth living for. At points in his life he had kids, meaningful relationships, respect from others. He felt the pain of losing everything. Boogie has always been a fat piece of shit. As long as he has another greasy burger to eat and porn to watch, he will continue to be a passive pussy faggot and live out his pathetic life until his heart gives out.

>we happily pay $200 for a concert ticket
>at 48 I am now homeless
Gosh I wonder how the fuck that happened.

According to him he had a horrifyingly abuse mother and views trolls as worse than rapists and Nazis, but the worst thing ever said to him was by some random 20 year old thot? I also remember him saying he doesn't like 20 year old girls because they only know 3 things and they're wrong about all of them, but here he is pining over some 20 year old girl.

Clearly he's challenging me to destroy all hope left in his life and drive him to suicide, and as a man of honour and integrity I have no choice but to reluctantly accept the gauntlet he's thrust upon me unprovoked.
Idk man, I trust your experience being denigrating on the internet, but this is a man who has to wake up and see Boogie2988 in the mirror every morning and yet still hasn't tied the noose. He clearly has a tolerance to hopelessness far beyond any normal human's.

(I'd be worried that the above is a little mean, but thankfully Boogie made it clear that a woman telling him she didn't want to be with him is the meanest thing he's ever been told so I don't have to worry about it)

Gotta love how Booger HAS to sneak in that he was getting laid. He can't just say that someone said something mean to him, nope. Gotta mention how he was TOTALLY banging a chick in a no-strings-attached relationship 😎

And yeah, as everyone else has mentioned....how on earth is THAT worse than the thousands of comments he's whined about the past decade? Let alone what his mother allegedly said

I noticed that when Boogie was featured on the front page after his hypocrisy regarding finances went viral with the side-by-side image comparison of the "I'm rich / I'm broke" videos, there was plenty of confusion surrounding the particular details about how exactly things went south so quickly for the Boogster. That is by design. Steven has historically been all over the place when it comes to the wild claims he's made about his life experiences. Whether that's regarding his manufactured claims of childhood abuse, sexual conquests, relationship history, mental health diagnoses, it's no different for his outrageous claims when it comes to his financial success.

We saw this demonstrated in real time during the Gamestop saga when he couldn't handle sitting on the sidelines of a viral internet story. He claimed to have invested all of the money in his bank account into $GME and then quickly forgot about it only to never mention it again as soon as it crashed and burned losing almost all of it's value overnight. Boogie's stories about his wild investing experience and history are further called into question with a Tweet where he claims to have not slept all night due to fear of a crypto crash that never came nor was expected to come. Boogie stresses out about every miniscule thing in his life, it's tough wrapping one's head around how exactly Boogie managed to cope with the stress of investing his would-be retirement $$$ into the crypto market while also dealing with what he calls a debilitating anxiety disorder.

Notice he Tweeted this on 1/30/21, the day before it crashed.

Boogie saying he sold off his crypto investments because of his mental health struggles.

As is the case when many cows are featured, this confusion lingered for days. There were dozens of users posting in this thread and taking Boogie's claims of losing his entire net worth at face value. If there's one thing anyone whose scrolled through more than 5 posts in this thread knows for certain, it's that you can never just assume that Steven is telling the truth about anything. Those cautioning users to take Boogie's story of overnight poverty with a grain of salt seemed to have been on to something. Look at a relevant section from Boogie's video (date: 01/18/2021) that kickstarted this whole mess titled "I Am Finally RICH - How Crypto Made Me Rich" (Timestamp: 4:43).

Quotes from the video:
"I took every dime I had in liquid funds and invested it into a huge gamble. I did this with the advice of my friend Jesse aka McJuggerNuggets, who guaranteed that money saying that if the money disappeared, he would help take care of me and help me rebuild."
"To say that I doubled my money is an understatement. In fact I did more than that"

As you can see and hear from the video above, Boogie did very well for himself with his crypto investment. In his own words, he made an absolute killing! To make matters more interesting, included in the quote above is Boogie talking about the investment being effectively risk-free. This is because the whole time it was secured by his self admitted former best friend, Jesse Ridgeway aka "McJuggerNuggets". He also claims that Jesse was the original source for the advice to make this particular crypto investment. This is important, we'll come back to this detail. Boogie reiterates this in a Tweet he made on 2/25/21 where he suggests that because of Jesse's crypto advice, Boogie was able to triple his life savings.

While Boogie is talking about the massive success of his crypto investment, he pulls up the CoinDesk web page for Bitcoin (BTC). He mentions where he first invested and says he withdrew this when Bitcoin was valued at $40,519. I included a screenshot from the video from when this moment occurs (5:40). This is important because it lines up with his historical claims about how it was his Bitcoin investment that was responsible for him "doubling his money".

On October 9th, Boogie was asked on Twitter which cryptocurrency it was he purchased that was the poor investment responsible for in his own words, Boogie going totally broke. If you've been reading this post then you'll be perplexed to learn that his answer wasn't Bitcoin as he'd originally claimed was his investment of a lifetime. Instead he answered "Storj". Notice that at the top of this first quote Tweet, he once again repeats what he mentioned earlier, that he "took bad financial advice from a friend who promised he would bail me out if things went bad". That's exactly what he said earlier when he was talking about his Bitcoin investment, the friend he is referring to is Jesse Ridgeway aka McJuggerNuggets.

So now we are led to believe that it was his investment into "Storj" that was the catalyst for Steven going broke. However after promoting Storj to his followers last year, he followed up on this by implying anyone who believed he may have lost money on the investment was a moron.

Below in the spoiler I've also attached several more screenshots from Boogie commenting on his crypto investing experience that further implies he was killing it by all accounts and only a moron would speculate that he may be in over his head based on his outlandish claims. We've now heard from Boogster that he wasn't begging in that video at all, that he was only begging because he's a cancer survivor, that he was only begging because of his Bitcoin investment fucking him over, and now we learn that it wasn't even Bitcoin, it was supposedly his poor investment into Storj that fell out from under him. I think the moral of the story is that Boogie is not only lying about literally everything that goes on in his life, but that he's also fat.

remember that video, well close to millionaire.png
