If they won't grant pretrial adjudication, offer to cop to both vandalism charges if they drop the vilification charge. I have read the handful of posts by this fellow and what stands out the most, beyond the obvious trolling, is that this person is either 1) not a native speaker or 2) either very poorly educated, low IQ or both. I doubt whoever this person is that he is actually Australian. The towns he mentions are very oddly specific though, so maybe I am wrong on that.

This website of course is not a legal clinic, either for the US or abroad, so it makes this post even that more confounding.

If any of this were real, which of course it is not, there is a chance that the prosecutor could see you describe your vertsituation on what is widely regarded as an unsavory website....

TLDR all of this is so obviously fake and a load of bullshit that I wonder if that is the joke,

This happened in Glen Eira. Monash University is just a ways to the east, and has a religious centre there that gets targeted by Combat 18 and AR stickerers semi-regularly. If I googled "retarded autistic nazis putting up stickers" and named the first couple of townships that came up, it could very well be Glen Eira and Monash.
