Shooting anyone you see with a gun isn't reasonable. If the gun is pointed at you, though, it is reasonable.
But rushing into the room with an armed suspect isn't reasonable. Watch the body cam presented in court, after the shooting he and his partner quickly secured the house and rushed in to help the person he shot. If it was an armed person who pointed a gun at him, he would have warned his partner and been a lot more cautious when approaching the room. Also the first time he even mentions the gun was when he entered the room. The guy didn't see shit when he shot her.

Even if you were correct that it wasn't reasonable, which I don't agree with (identifying and securing the firearm ASAP seems quite reasonable, and expecting his partner to understand that he had used lethal force because he perceived a deadly force threat against his person without needing to stop to verbally brief her on the situation isn't unreasonable), what he did before or after the shooting has nothing to do with the murder charge he's facing.

It is unreasonable to rush into a room to secure a firearm. If an armed suspect is barricaded in a room, it is standard for the cops to take their time handling the situation safely. Wounded suspects can still shoot. Also, it is dumb to assume that the partner would also magically know the suspect had a gun. She didn't know what was going on, other than her partner shot someone and rushed in to help with her partner. If the person was a threat, then she could have been shot as she entered the room. He radioed in shots fired, but didn't tell anyone that there was an armed suspect in a bedroom. Communication is key in police work, and they are trained to communicate clearly. The fact that he didn't tell her much really makes it seem it was a negligent discharge. And those facts are important because self-defense requires you to knowingly be in danger and having intention in your actions and accidentally firing at someone in the dark makes it manslaughter rather than self-defense.

Seems Nick is ditching the closing arguments of the trial to be on Megan's stream.

I am very disappointed that this Megan Fox was not who I had hoped and expected. I am not a streaming professional like Nick but I don't think I would turn down streaming closing arguments for 10,000 viewers to talk to an ugly person with a misleading name and her 500 live viewers.

What if Nick was so nice to all these ugly D-Tier YouTube women and appearing on their streams because he's trying to get Lady Rackets and Drex hooked up and he's allowed to watch?

He's obviously trying to deflect from Tripod-gate.
Actual picture of the this thread's hero at the beach.

Megan Fox is a political pundit on the normie side of the internet and an occasional guest for Nick's trials. This kind of back scratching is good for networking and ensuring Nick continues getting new blood for his day time panels. At least that seems to be the intention.

Okay, lay this out for me like you're not retarded. How does Nick supporting Megan Fox, a recurring guest, have ANYTHING to do with getting Lady Rackets and Drex to cuck him?

This isn't logic or speculation. It's not even fanfic, just two unrelated ideas set next to each other in the same sentence.

Meh. Closing arguments are lackluster. Branca only at 2809 viewers. I wouldn't watch an Anthony trial rehash either though.

Right now... all of 1,000 viewers watcher her. By contrast, right now, around 3,000 are watching Law of Self Defense. That says it all.

He's looking for someone who loves the knot as much as his lady does.

It was a half baked thought about why he was going on shows with all these women that don't seem very popular. As you pointed out, they have their niche and reasons for him to be on the show. Even fully fleshed out, you're right it was a schizo level statement I made.

When you're intruding on someone's property in the middle of the night in Texas, you should be prepared to face an armed person and just immediately blasting them means that at the very least you are deeply unfit to be a cop.
