Alejandra Caraballo / Alex Caraballo / @Esqueer_ - Twitter trans rights activist, cyberlaw teacher who doesn't understand cyberlaw, mass flaggot, humiliated in congress by a real woman.

LOL Nancy Mace is having fun. This is absolutely an inflection point for Weird Alex.

So the Biden admin keeps picking trannies to elevate purely on social media clout, right? That's how they get all these fucking trainwrecks in the public spotlight.
That's the reason why in years past what you went for for public positions around the world was men, middle aged, married, with children, and tried to avoid anyone else. Fulfilling each one of those criteria eliminates some of the potential for crazy.

There's pretty much nothing good to be gained from listening to hedonistic genetic dead ends with no attachment to the future.

if anything the troon's major L in this circumstance is not owning his posts and demanding this ridiculous committee prove the link between them and any kind of real-world action.
The situation is a catch-22. If Caraballo said that then it would call the earlier response of "yes" to "Do you believe that rhetoric targeting officials with violence for carrying out their constitutional duties is a threat to democracy" into question because the lack of action as a result of that tweet would suggest that angry tweets of that sort aren't legitimate threats, plus it would suggest that Caraballo is a threat to democracy.

So although Caraballo the coward has blocked Mace, that isn't stopping retweets from others who still have her unblocked.

Ari Drennen comments on the matter, though a lot of the first comments still point out Caraballo's L.

Michael O'Brien (MD!) twists Mace's choosing of Caraballo's old tweets into a "pick-me Twitter spat" and accuses her of going off-topic for attempting to deviate from "anti-LGBTQ issues".

It's okay, you can say "Caraballo's tweet", or are you trying to salvage their reputation as best as you can, "doc"?

"anti-LGBTQ issues" are self inflicted. As there are many gays and troons out there that are more interested in living a life without the drama and hysteria that community engages in.

I don't think not looking like a complete jackass is difficult, but people like Alex makes it a cakewalk.

O'Brien's tweet is wildly sexist but I guess that won't be pointed out because he's defending a stun/brav transwoman.

The giant printed Tweets stand as glorious relics of a retarded era of American History (XY), on a par with the Egyptian pyramids and Stonehenge. Does congress have their own in-house print shop, or did they call up whoever prints the oversize cheques that they present to elderly lottery winners? They could have projected the offending posts onto a screen, but having something tangible and reminiscent of the flashcards for the video for Subterranean Homesick Blues is so much better. I assume, since this is evidence, these will be preserved for posterity.

It appears that congressional testimony adds at least 10lbs, and also ten inches to width.

Gays, yes, troons, no.

Gays are about anal sex between men, which most of is kept between those involved. Troons are explicitly about getting recognition as something they are not from 3rd parties.

And just like that, a representative of Harvard Law now has blocked a TRUE and HONEST Congresswoman. I wonder how badly that's going to stain what's left of the reputation of the school?

when the printed out tweet was being placed up behind Nancy Mace I for real thought this was some meme edit video. To imagine the thought of giant cardboard prints of tweets being presented at Congressional testimonies, I hope a lucky shitlord can dig it out of the trashbin afterwards as a memento

Al stuttering and trying to reverse ferret over his words while staring at giant blowup posters of his own tweets is truly a thing of beauty.
Wow I hope that congresswoman is going to JAIL for that DISGUSTING HARASSMENT.
As #dropkiwifarms showed us, saving images of public tweets made is nothing but sick, disgusting, bigotted harassment.

Archive will hopefully remove Congress so these transphobes will learn that saving tweets IS VIOLENCE

Mace taking Carabello to task was great, but my favorite clip was the last one, where he was sweetly handed the opportunity to save face and explain the tweets by Democrat Robin Kelly.
There hasn't been such a great example of when social media tards encounter reality since Anita Sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn tried to pull Twitter shit at the United Nations and even their own side ashamedly pulled down their report and tried to pretend the thing never happened.

Al specifically used the word "accost," and that word has a legal meaning. In fact, in some states, the word "accosting" is the title of the statute you can be convicted of for accosting someone.

In order to prove a defendant guilty of annoying or accosting a person, the Commonwealth must prove the following four elements of the offense beyond a reasonable doubt (ALL):

Firstly, that the defendant knowingly engaged in an offensive and disorderly act (or acts), or offensive and disorderly language
Secondly, that the defendant intended to direct his or her offensive or disorderly conduct or language to the alleged victim
Thirdly, that the alleged victim was aware of the defendant’s conduct
Lastly, that the defendant’s conduct would be offensive and disorderly to a reasonable person

Now, with a lot of conduct charged under such a statute, a successful defense is the activity was protected under the First Amendment, but by specifically using the word "accosted," Al is explicitly endorsing the actual crime of harassment. Now, a layperson could be excused for inadvertently misusing such a word, but Al is a lawyer and, indeed, on the faculty of Harvard Law School.

Either he openly endorsed committing crimes against sitting Supreme Court Justices (a bar violation if I ever did see one), or he is an incompetent lawyer who doesn't know basic legal terms, in which case his qualifications to hold a license to practice law, much less teach at Harvard Law School, are seriously in question.

Some relevant ethical violations (citing MRPC 8.4 even though he would be subject to multiple jurisdictions such as where he is licensed as well as where his conduct had effects such as in D.C.):

Rule 8.4: Misconduct
Note that the Arkansas analogue to this is what cost Bill Clinton his license.

Maintaining The Integrity Of The Profession
It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to:

(a) violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another;
Note, Al routinely encourages others to commit acts that would violate the Rules of Professional Conduct were he to do them himself, among them encouraging people to file frivolous bar complaints against Nick Rekieta (his knowledge that this is a rules violation is why he did not do so himself despite inciting others to do so), but also, to commit acts of criminal harassment against Supreme Court Justices in retaliation for and in an attempt to influence their legal decisions.

[. . .]
(d) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice;
Retaliating illegally against Supreme Court Justices definitely falls under this general category.

I'd say he violates other parts of this as well, but they'd be more of a stretch.

Urging others to harass judges to retaliate against them for doing their jobs is definitely a huge no-no, though.
