Water only enhances superglue bonding. However, mix in some bicarb soda and it'll accelerate so much that the reaction becomes instantly scalding and causes the glue to foam up and solidify in a split-second as it flashes the water to steam. This is easier than being a fucking weirdo who carries a tea kettle with you when you visit a gallery and will probably upset the staff less.
What you want to debond CA glue is a big bottle of acetone. However this will also worry everybody at a gallery. It's probably best to let them handle it.
