I think that's the best (and most important) part of all this -- backchannels are being severed en masse, which levels the playing field in a way these people can't reverse. The kvetching is hilarious, but the fact that these fuckers are losing their ability to ignore the rules by nagging someone behind the scenes is a huge deal. And hearing Musk openly tell them directly to their faces that they're not special just because they're journoscum was incredible.
