This is the consequence of not having boundaries with the internet. Yeah, Null has never hesitated to make fun of Rekieta, at least as far back as the "pose as waifu for jokes" arc. It was never some moral grandstanding "my eyes! this is disgusting!" outrage, just a "bro... as a friend, this probably isn't the best idea to do to your kids who will be on the Internet some day" bit of advice. But Nick doesn't listen and just kept doubling down. He is like a slightly savvier version of Mr. Vickers and going down the same path. He thinks he can dip his toes in the sektur, make mad cash, and come out unscathed. When does THAT happen? It's arrogant and out of touch to think he can be the exception. He doesn't get the true malice and venom of so much of his own audience, his youtube/social media enemies, their orbiters, and just the entire network of cretins with which he has connected himself. Honestly, while I sort of like Nick, I am not sad to see this thread stop being the dick-sucking contest it used to be. It's not out of hatred for Nick, as I like some of his content, it's just that his continued success disproved my own theory that nobody gets involved with this shit without getting burned at best, or their life ruined, at worst. A few people seem to have escaped this, but they are smarter at toeing the line than Nick is. It made me feel like a physicist who watches his neighbor fly up into the sky with no visible means of propulsion. It just didn't seem possible... year after year, Nick defied the odds by swimming in this shitpool, stacking cash, yet still maintaining some semblance of "wholesome Midwestern family life". There was just no way it could last. For the sake of his family, I wish I had been wrong, but I knew it would play out something like this. As soon as I noticed he was putting his wife on the air (including her MLM shit), I knew he was doomed.

I recently did a re-listen of his Greerstreams (they hold up and are funny as hell, IMHO) to remind myself of why I liked Nick in the first place and noticed a few clues of his degeneracy and creepiness that people either ignored or just didn't care about.

1. He admitted to reading 50 Shades of Grey! I think more than once? He admitted the writing was mostly shit, but was impressed by some of her "literary techniques".

2. He talked about gross sexual shit throughout the series, and I'm not just talking about Greer's actions.
