Serious question, was anyone aware of this dog before now? Has Ralph ever mentioned having a dog before? I could just be uninformed but it feels like an ass pull.

Yes, the dog (and a cat) are known pets of his, just not a regular topic of discussion I think.

The poor characters of others is not sufficient excuse to show poor character towards them. Ultimately, it’s good that Ralph walks among the living and sad his dog does not.

I always laugh at Ralph's dead mother but I would never laugh at a guy who lost their dog. I considered animals from lolcows to be innocent bystanders and I stand by that statement.
I know what it feels like to lose a dog and it sucks that a dog cannot live much longer then us. For real though, RIP Tug.

So I think there's some lessons we can take away from the, "Ralph hasn't tweeted in 24 hours, could he be dead?" adventure.

1. Ralph is so addicted to twitter that just 24 hours of not posting something stupid has people asking questions.
2. Ralph is in such poor health and is addicted to so many things that even an unfounded shitpost will have people at least consider that he may have in fact keeled over.
3. Ralph loved his dog, who was a good boy. Sorry for your loss Ralph.
4. Meigh could have cleared up any death rumors by just posting, but Ralph was too sad to tweet from her account.
5. Ralph's previous experience with dog murder have dried up most sympathy people could give him.
6. (Edit) Ralph missed court again lol

Over all a fun little adventure with a bittersweet ending. 8/10
