Based on the pillow, I think that picture was taken in Cuba, but from what I remember, the only pictures she released from there were a picture of her standing and her shirt pulled up over her boobs, and a side shot of her crotch in her bathing suit bottoms that ended with people actually diagramming it so people knew what they were looking at. That's probably a picture she sent to Nader directly.
