My question is: Was the UN or NATO in any position to count russian casualties? Did they take territory and collect the dead and identify them? If not how can they claim accurate casualty stats? Oh you have no reason to disbelieve the Western estimates? Did you believe them when they said Kiev would fall in three days or Russia would run out of ammo in March? There is plenty of takes officials have had that have been unreliable on both sides, you just accept the ones you want to be true. At least be honest about it.
A simply answer is yes they are, at least as good as the Ukrainians are anyway. Maybe somewhat more but it'll be in the same ballpark. There's a lot more to calculating casualties than just counting the bodies you can see. Military intelligence is a vast subject, too vast for this forum and I'm no expert either but just know that there's a lot more to it than just identifiable dead bodies.

With that being said that doesn't mean the numbers the UN or NATO is giving to the public is accurate either and for largely the same reasons the Russian and Ukrainian numbers aren't. It's should be easy to understand why the Russians and Ukrainians are deliberately trying to mislead (more like obfuscate) both each other and us "observers" but why the UN and NATO would is more a little complicated.

It'll about support but not from governments. NATO for example has a pretty good idea of Ukraine's (frankly Russia's too but I know a lot of people will disagree) losses, it's ability to continue this war and whether certain objectives can be met. You aren't being given accurate stats because it doesn't benefit the powers that be that you are given "objective" data. You, the Westerner at home needs to think that Ukraine is both close to collapse but also capable of wining.

It's a wired situation where all the governments involved know the truth and they know that they all know it but we the plebs at home aren't privy to that. But that's intelligence for you. You don't keep secrets from the enemy because you know they already have a good idea of what you're doing, you keep secrets from your own people because there'd be hell to pay if they ever found out how evil you are.

This is what winning looks like guys, the big guy is getting his 10%

I have never seen Zelensky without him begging for something. Can't imagine how fucked the Zs must feel right now with this absolute sovereign pillar standing against them.

On a side note, laughing at how much this looks like one of those photos that Trump's fanbase use to show Biden creeping on young boys.

They are not, we just had the big reveal that the Afghanistan stuff was cooked by the brass to look good, why would you believe them just because it involves their pathological enemy; Russia? You should be scrutinizing everything the US and NATO says about Russia, if there isn't a video or pictures of the event happening then its pure bullshit. There is a website that tracks Russian armor kills based off video confirmation, now THAT is trustworthy, just listening to some political appointee General say "hurf blurf Russia lost xyz" is not credible at all. Learn to vet your sources, NATO members have a vested interest in making their populace believe that Ukraine has a chance of recovering the lost territories and will lie and spit in your face to keep the funding going.

Intelligence agencies be gathering info about world events? That's crazy. Nobody's ever done that before.

And then, they, like, analyze that information? nigga whaaaaaaaaaaaat

It's funny watching you fucking retards trying to bend yourselves and your logic to deny hard truths. "We didn't lose Vietnam or Afghanistan they were administration errors..."

The US has failed every major engagement in the last 50 years, and your addled obese brains think that's "winning".

The "best" military in the world with General "White Rage" Milley as your commander answering to a potato, with very senior officers posing in leather dog masks. Let's not forget the diversity hiring because competency comes second to looking good for the troons apparently.

The beggar king turns up on your doorstep and you're all gushing over it. Just ignoring that he's a neo-nazi advocating the persecution of religion, desolving the courts and murdering POW's also denying money to your own people very much in need of assistance.

In that same meeting, the minimum age to join the professional forces (i.e. not military service or reserves) was raised from 18 to 21. I guess Russia is running out of fighting age men SO HARD they have to make it harder to get into the armed forces.

They get blown off by artillery rounds and spray wood shrapnel everywhere. The only thing that works is just a mass of earth. But either way, its just not an ideal area to put trenches and foxholes down. Just pull back to the next metro area and repeat the meat grinder there.
You'll need a (nearly) direct hit to blow them off. And just dirt won't do anything, you need layers of dirt and logs. With enough layers. fortifications can survive a direct hit from 6" shell. And scoring direct hit isn't easy with worn out barrels and few guided shells on RU side (plus, Krasnopol is laser guided and requires spotter to get LoS on target).
Next metro area (Slavyansk-Kramatorsk) isn't nearly as good as Bahmut-Soledar-Seversk to defend.

Yeah, you are so right, just like the time the Russians foolishly defended Kherson and took heavy casualties for it... oh wait...
First, they pulled the troops from Kharkov axis to expand and fortify Kherson bridgehead. Which eventually lead to a sudden REGROOPING from Izyum. Then they stood under GMLRS rain for months when it was clear that Kherson bridgehead is doomed.

It's minimum draft age. Maximum age was also raised by 3 years, from 27 to 30.

Yeah, because 18 years old go through obligatory military service, i.e. not professional :story:

Given that this raises the bar, only for joining Wagner PMC, this technically makes it the same exact level of difficulty to get into the Russian armed forces as before.

Could be worse, they could be press ganging 60 year olds into service like Ukratards are.

This talk of supporting NATO is pure seethe and cope; NATO isn't a country, its an alliance. No one who truly loves their country also loves NATO, as it represents a loss of sovereignty. Citizens don't pledge to honor and defend NATO. The United States supporting Ukrainian Nazis larpers while at the same time calling their opposition Nazis is the most retarded thing our government has done, and it's been doing a lot of retarded things since Biden got into office.

Helicopter rooftop evacuations happened in Vietnam, Afghanistan and most recently, Iraq. US Embassy/State Dept staff and soldiers running for their lives. I didn't see USSR personnel attacked at their embassy or airport when they left Afghanistan; in fact, their departure was orderly and calm. In contrast, thirteen American soldiers lost their lives on the final day of the American withdrawal. Absolutely shameful, and disgusting.

This war matters only to the (money) laundering class, not to the average American. I wonder how many of the Ukie simps here would be happy to be drafted to fight for the Ukraine, and against Russia, in the Ukraine right now.

>Exactly, where the hell is Russias air force?
I have an answer for you: in the past 48 hours the Russian MOD reported the shoot down of the following Ukrainian aircraft:
2 x MiG-29; 1 Su-25; 1 Mi-8

Locations noted in these maps

Here you go, read all of these in recent months and get back to me. Please let me know what credible sources you have disputing these assessments too.

And no, there wasn't a failed abortion...it's Russia that loves murdering children in the womb more than any other country, as you well know.
Hahahahahaha....You're touting that as a credible source?..... You really are a fucking dumbarse.

Supposition, guessing and then making assessments on their own supposition with no actual information available to them from Russia. It drips with bias and doesn't even report on readily available information about Putin's movements.

lmao its a neocon/glownigger front, but of course that's what the Ukiesimps call "credible".

Also this POS neocon is also all up in this:

Bill Kristol, the Weekly Standard editor who predicted in 2003 proponents of the U.S. invasion of Iraq would be “vindicated” upon the discovery of weapons of mass destruction that never happened. Just the usual neocon liars and grifters. Into the trash it goes.
