the only one with a comparable situation to Sana would be Ina and we already have her slated to return and she's listed being part of upcoming projects (most recent one I noticed was she's listed to be on Camellia album releasing in Feb.

Only other one with a lucrative side gig like Sana would be Calli who's shown no signs of letting up either and is instead planning further for her future with hololive despite her roomate activity. Mentioned today she secured her new house in Japan which she's hoping to start making use of off collabing with JP members since she now has more space and isn't going to be so far out of the way (her old apartment was small + in the middle of nowhere)

Don't know who would really leave, Gura doesn't have anything to fall back on that isn't going to just be the same shit as now. The only reason people could even rrat about her leaving is with some stories of not being able to deal with her fanbase but they'd just follow her if she dropped off and went back to Senzawa so it's really not even a rrat with much weight behind it.

Pretty much the only comparison I would point to to say the situation right now has "sana vibes" is that schizos and insecure fans are insisting someone is going to graduate. Which has little bearing on whether or not there's actually anything giving a reason to think that's the case.
