This week in trendy, innovative cosmetic mutilations for LGBTQ+++™ community members that will further enrich the butchers surgeons at gender-affirming clinics across the country, we have “shoulder width reduction surgery.”

Since the advent of medicine itself, a doctor’s first commitment – the Prime Directive of medicine – has been “to first do no harm.” Surgical interventions requiring anesthesia, which inherently involve substantial risk to the patient, were once last-ditch treatments for actual medical conditions where other, less invasive interventions had failed. Now they’re trivialized as a cosmetic thing, on par with an ear piercing or a manicure.

Isn’t the liberal orthodoxy that you’re supposed to love yourself as you are, regardless of what society says about how you should look? That’s certainly the ethos behind the so-called “body positivity” movement that fat liberal women embrace as an excuse to stay enormous.

Fat models make entire careers out of embracing their bodies just as they are, and encouraging their followers to be just as gluttonous as them, and making zero effort to improve their appearance in any way for the sake of social convention.

I've mentioned it in the past, but I know several transgender people who are the medically diagnosed variety (as opposed to say, the troon variety). Of all the ones I've been able to talk to about this, they all were comfortable saying that this is pretty goddamn distressing.

See, transitioning is only one possible therapy method for someone with legitimate dysphoria. It's an important one, but it's not the only one, and it's generally the one that's the last resort. The reason why is not just because of the long-term health complications, but because only specific people who transition are going to be able to even pretend to live a normal life afterwards. Someone who was already slight of build and is an MTF is going to have little trouble adapting. Someone who's pushing 300 pounds and looks like an Enforcer from Quake II isn't going to ever look the part, no matter how much surgery they go for.

Their main concern is that this is going to be pushed actively by the activist and shithead crowd, and I can kind of see what they're worried about with this one. We may laugh at the likes of a Jake Alley going in for this surgery. But for every dipshit getting exactly what they deserve from it there will be a hundred people brought to it by lies, naivete, and the flawed belief that this will lead them to acceptance.

I always figured it was possible to do shit like break someone's shoulders and bones into a different sort of shape but like yeah it's not really something that's ethical due to the level of complications that could happen so nobody does it. It becoming the new tranny specific plastic surgery trend bothers me greatly for some reason. The irony of this surgery is that by drawing the clavicle bones closer together, the shoulders are rotated inwards slightly (the surgeon even mentions this in the video), which only accentuates the 'eunuch slouch' even more. Try having your neck upright with a relaxed posture and shoulders back, then drawing in your shoulders towards your chest, and you'll notice you'll feel a strain on your neck if you try to force it to stay upright instead of slouching forward.

Both are, at their core, true narcissists incapable of seeing other people as fully human. But women in particular are even less "human" because, absent all evolutionary and societal progress, almost any man could physically force any woman to comply with his demands.

Paying bills, feeding their families, socializing with friends, pursuing hobbies and intellectual interests. For both, the view that women spend all their time thinking about useless consumption and getting fucked, is based solely on their porn rotted brains, fetishistic desires, and core narcissism. Empathizing with women as fellow humans disrupts the fantasy.

Once they face the fact that real life women do not want to be subjected to fetishistic abuse in every interaction, they get angry. Trannies attempt to solve this problem by becoming that fantasy woman, which is why they will force everyone to play along no matter how badly it damages other people to do so.

Saying "no" to these types really does feel like the end of the world because to them, it is. The only world that exists is theirs and everyone else is there as a supporting character. Incels seek to validate their worldview by finding others who share their delusional thinking in online culture, just like trannies. In both cases, women are still the target of their narcissistic rage, but trannies have found a way to use "social justice" as a weapon against moral society.

Never forget that to these people, men are not any more human or valuable. It's just more difficult to force them to comply. The campaign against KiwiFarms and Josh himself proves this. Men who don't fully support the trans agenda cannot continue to exist.
