Future of the House

It really did. After that is the weens started to successfully break Chris' mind beyond all means of repair.
TBH, if Bob was around when the idea guys broke Chris, it wouldn't have made a difference. It would be business as usual for the Chandlers: Chris gets trolled, loses money, Bob bails him out.
The people who own the Buffy house covered the front area in plants. Fans complain that it’s “overgrown,” but really it’s just normal low water shrubbery and trees to dissuade annoying photographers.

This sort of thing could be done to 14blc as well.
Looking at the layout of 14BLC, it would be impossible since the property sits on a very open plot of land. If it were in a more traditional block neighborhood, yes.

The fascinating question is that was anything there to break in the first place?
How would Chris turn out different without weens and trolls?
Probably mostly the same. Local people not putting up with his behavior will go right into the tried and true Chandler Conspiracies. Chris just sits in his room playing video games and making fart noises. With no trolls to talk to, he'd go out more, and get into even more trouble.

I would argue that he might attract more legal attention then. Once he is over 18 then the consequences would be way more serious and police would sooner or later involve social services into his home situation.

He might have stood a better chance of being pushed into appropriate help then?

Half of Chris's problems were brought on by himself and nobody else. Got himself put on the tard bus in elementary school, got suspended from college, came up with shit like the attraction sign, had one job at Wendy's for about a month before getting fired and remained unemployed for years and years living off government neetbux. Chris wasn't just some normal dude who the internet turned into a weird maladjusted autist. The internet gravitated towards him because he was a weird maladjusted autist. Even if Chris had never been found by the internet I really don't see his life going a whole lot better than it has in our reality.

You’d be surprised. Even murder houses can sell.

Believe it or not, those things can be cleaned up. Houses in a worse state than casa de Chandler have been fixed. Folks have given examples throughout the thread.
Anyone who wants to buy the Chandler residence is just as re/tarded as Chris is. The occupant will be plagued with prank calls to Papa Johns and weens will wanna visit and interview them or will stand outside to photos and shit.

It often makes me ask myself "Who the fuck would want a house that had CWC or some murderer living in it?", I wouldn't...

Those things seem to have stopped since Chris isn’t there. Visits from Chris would be the greater annoyance.

It’s not like Chris or a murderer would also be living there. And it’s not like most people even know who he is. We’re not talking about John Wayne Gacy. People buy houses because they can afford them and they’re situated in a convenient location.

Even so, there will be at least 1 or 2 odd weens who'd like to stir shit up and I still think it's a bad investment.

Living where Chris lives isn't convenient anyway, from what I know he lives in the middle of nowhere and the only closest place that has all the good stores is Charlottesville and that's about an hour or half an hour driving distance between.

But hey, each to their own I guess...

There'll probably be a few annoying people right at the start trying to "document the state of the house", but after that people will switch to harassing whatever group home unfortunate enough to house Chris. And the value of Ruckersville is that it's near Charlottesville, a decently large city where you can find work. It's like people moving to Jersey so they can commute to New York.

It actually isn't as remote as people think, even for the last decade or two. It's only about fifteen or twenty minutes outside of Charlottesville, and there's other larger cities around there. It's an hour away from Richmond.

I've spent time in and around that area, and it's actually pretty nice. People are generally pleasant and want to interact, there actually is a decent "scene", and even in in places like Lynchburg, Charlottesville, the cities along the interstate, there's lots to do. The area does have a sizeable artist and LGBT representation, and isn't the "backwards southern hick culture" that a lot of people think. Sure there are those folks in the hills, but it's pretty refined from what people think of the "The South" to be. Fuck, Bob paid for plots in a cemetery next to Monticello. When I say Monticello, I don't mean in the same neighborhood, or in the same town, but literally right next to Thomas Jefferson's Monticello.

Honestly, one of the biggest crimes of Chris, is to think that area is so dull and backwards, but given that if he went on a hike on the many, many outdoor trails, or discovered its history, food life, culture, etc..., no crazy cartoon Pokemon would jump out or shower sparkles on him from magic ponies, or the local women opening their legs for him, Chris seemed completely disinterested.

Even troon Chris could have found little niches in that area without really any blowback or people slashing his tires, however the local area really doesn't like assholes and people really dig into the history of people in the area. Everybody knows everybody, and as long as you say, not act like a complete jackass in stores, get banned from everywhere, or do things like rape your mother, you can actually get along pretty well.

The bank can try and sell the house, but I don't think it'll sell. Better just to demolish it and sell the land. Damn, Bob is hell of lucky not to be alive now. He wasted everything on a boozed up hussy and a disrespectful sped of a son who both betrayed him.

It will sell in a heartbeat. Chris is famous and there will be plenty of trolls who will want to save the house.

Why not? After being fixed up there would be nothing wrong with it.

It will sell in a heartbeat.
But you just said…

Chris is famous and there will be plenty of trolls who will want to save the house.
Not that famous. They can want it, but can they afford it? It would sell to someone who doesn’t know who Chris is. His followers would follow him wherever he goes.

I've actually done some research on the location. A little bit down the road there is a Food Lion situated near there conveniently. So if whoever wanted to live there really doesn't like to go out, they could stop for groceries or something. Really no need to go to Charlottesville unless you want to go to a game store or to work.
