The problem isn't the procedure, it's WHO is doing the procedure.
And that's been a HUGE part of the problem. Hobbs was Secretary of State and as such, responsible for all elections in AZ. She never recused herself fron these duties during the entire campaign and election and the lapdog media never pushed back on the conflict of interest involved here.

I mean c'mon already. If you're the one in charge of elections and have the power to threaten all the County Supervisors in the state with arrest if they don't certify the results (which she did with Mohave and Cochise counties), how do you NOT win?

There's a lot more fuckery involved in the AZ election than badly printed ballots and deliberately fucked counting machines in primarily Republican districts.

I'm disgusted with my state right now. Kari is trying her best, but some Hobbs-lovin' judge is simply going to hand wave all the fuckery that happened away and that will be that. Slappy predict.

Nothing ever happens when they do it.

Trump posted this video on his Rumble channel about the sanctimonious Mike "Thirty" Pence. It's from a controlled opposition TV channel but still pretty good in itself.

He really needs to start ramping it up with this kind of thing though. There are so many RINO media outlets defending Pence and I really feel like even a lot of Trump's own voters are probably falling for it.

The 'least' extreme thing the judge can do is just call a new election. This means Maricopa still can do its shit, albeit even more strapped for cash and on short notice. The problem is, as HTTP mentioned and I said they shouldn't do before, Lake made this about fraud and not failure of procedure. At this point the judge has to both have a set of balls (incredibly rare) -and- be holding water for republicans (incredibly rare) for this to succeed.

So not impossible, but you'd be more likely to win the lottery.

Here's the thing. I too was disappointed that the Lake lawsuit went down the fraud route as it would be much harder to prove. After thinking on it a lot and having watched a good chunk of the trial there was one upside to claiming fraud straight off the bat. That upside is the ability of Kari's legal team to bring it up and air this dirty laundry in public, an ability which would have been much more limited in scope had they gone through failure to comply with procedure route.

I'm confidant that the judge will not rule in favour of Lake, but I think his reason for not doing so will ultimately boil down to political expediency. The result of ruling in favour of Lake and either a) ordering a new election and/or b) declaring Lake an outright winner, would be the realisation of the civil war that so many people that live in comfort would not like to admit it's existence.

Also Gehenna, it doesn't matter how strapped for cash Maricopa County is. Rumbeck and NGO's do all the dirty work for them. The tabulators malfunctioning (the scanning size for ballots being deliberately misized) was a pretty cheap steal and it's the one that would have been the nail in the coffin if Kari wins.

After seeing the "traditional" conservatives sell out the people with the omnibus bill, faggots like Ben Shapiro doing the "I don't like it but we have to keep funding Ukraine" schtick, the border being invaded & Lake's lawsuit showing how shit elections are when they should be "easier" with machines, it won't make people turn away from Trump. Especially right now he's the only one to stand in the way. I expect/hope he goes harder in January and starts using Twitter again, his video messages are good about his new policy stuff.

What will likely happen is Trump will ramp up his trash talk, McConnell will deliberately support more shit in the senate out of spite, the DOJ will try and indict him on something by July or just do nothing (if they wait until actual election season it's too blatant even for normies to ignore it's political), and depending on what McCarthy does in his first months will tell which way to plan. I don't think McCarthy expected Mitch the Bitch to completely cuck the way he did, which makes it even more important to McCarthy he looks like he actually fights or at the very least just blocks every bill. So we might get something like how Ted Cruz has been put into a corner where he wants to be sellout, but he's is literally done if he moves any further left.

This omnibus really makes Tom Cotton look bad. Even RINOs like Ersnt and Tillis had permission to vote "no" on the bill but he just had to vote yes for "muh military"

I'll say this about the Kari v. Hobbs arguments.

The outcome of the trial is not really contingent on the arguments coming out of the Kari camp. They could dress up her set of facts any way they wanted and she would still lose the case. We could have Hobbs come onto the stand and testify that she personally ordered the defrauding of the electoral process, and Kari would still lose. The facts don't matter, the tenor doesn't matter.

The real victory here, as limited as it is, is the televised deposition, and presentation of the facts of the cheating and fraud. And if the judge does have a set of balls, then it also doesn't matter what the tack of the argument is, Lake wins.

So I will disagree with those saying we shouldn't call fraudulent efforts, a fraudulent effort. Calling it out in the biggest megaphone we have is the only option we have, and if we can use deposition to enhance it, we should.

I'm surprised this is even LEGAL in ANY state.

So the 'real victory' if the case is lost is the masses (:optimistic:) who can't do shit besides vote in elections no one can even verify aren't being rigged know they're being rigged IF they look into it (MASSIVE FUCKING :optimistic:). Why do I feel like once again nothing will transpire from this?

For anyone interested, a professional body language reader's take on the Lake trial so far. Basically says that it looks like the judge is begging Hobbs' team to object to anything because as Lake's witnesses keep talking, he keeps glancing at Hobbs' team wondering why they're not objecting. More or less says it looks like he doesn't want to rule in her favor and is begging Hobbs' team to help him but they're not. Judge seems to be very stressed as well.

'C'mon, you retards! I need something to dismiss her whole case on!'
'lol just do what everyone else did in 2020'
'But people will start noticing!'
'And what will they do in response? Just dismiss it.'

I’m even seeing liberals waking up to the fact that we’re sending so much goddamn money to Ukraine. Something’s up when Putin goes to Belarus, Medvedev visits China, and Zelenskyy visits the US all at the same time.

Have we not learned from what happened in Afghanistan?

MIC needs something since Trump forced their hands in the sand pit, so get used to getting robbed blind for Ukraine.

Respectfully disagree. Stolen elections are a legitimate call to action for a revolution. I’ve been observing even normies openly talking about revolution. Some of them are even pissed enough to shoot feds.

Lots of blackpilled users ITT are too impatient for what would be the mother of all shitshows in this country. I still think a revolution is on the horizon but things are obviously going to get worse, regardless of whether we have active domestic terrorists in one year or ten. I recommend everyone ITT take action to address food, water, and ammo security. Also, for the love of god, move if you live in a bughive.

Or, if you have the funds as I do, just flee the country entirely.
