You’re implying he puts an equal amount of effort into both. Up until recently he put the absolute bare minimum into the Jimquisition with plenty of times him saying he writes and records the day before they go up, I’m convinced he only started to do written reviews again because he realised that maybe he should do more of what people might want to save his slowly declining Patreon gibs.

He's simply asserting he was the biggest and most successful, much like the middle schooler claiming they can run a one minute mile and should get a track and field award. His demands for recognition and reward instead stem entirely from his perceived level of effort, which is worthless. I couldn't possibly give less of a shit how hard something was for someone to make or do, or how much work they put into it, if the result isn't enjoyable. He's just looking for the Real World equivalent of the participation trophy, demanding something for simply having put the effort in. Unfortunately for Jim and his subscriber count, that's not how the entertainment world works.

Meritocracy is the natural state of the entertainment business, if people aren't entertained, they won't watch and you won't see success and praise from it.

Jim very obviously is a fat fuck who can do none of that but I'm pretty sure he just means being part of the wrestling community in the sense of delivering news, and talking about it in general.
Admittedly I also know very little about wrestling so I dunno what he'd talk about.

Well, the issue is Jim wants to do the physical stuff, but since he can't he's doing them improperly (to women) and risks seriously injuring them. It's a decently physical activity in that when you slam your opponent or get slammed by your opponent, both people are cooperating and performing the maneuver together to support each other and avoid injury.

I don't know enough to comment either way, really, but a few people have posted examples here of him doing slams in a dangerous way. When you do a slam, you aim to keep your opponent's back hitting the mat as evenly as possible and Jim seems to have dropped people on their neck a couple of times instead.
