The tranchers have posted a weasel-wordy response (archive) that barely covers any of Paul's accusations, only the stuff about the ranch's financial background really, and doesn't name Paul "for [his] safety" (aka to avoid people looking him up and reading the far more damning allegations). So far it hasn't gained much traction.

Warmest wishes to all of our friends, followers, and supporters as the year draws to a close. 2022 was a year filled both with victories and challenges… for the global queer community as a whole and for the Ranch at a local level, as well.
Due to recent chatter on social media that has been brought to our attention by several of our advocates and allies, we felt it would be best to offer a statement of clarification.

Recently, a small twitter thread was posted by our former CFO and a former member who joined the Ranch shortly after its formation. As a rule, we do not publicize any of our peoples’ comings and goings (for safety reasons), but they have opted to make some of those details public and we can at the very least confirm that this individual joined us in 2019 and departed in 2021.

Their time with us as acting CFO included a number of challenges, and the lessons that we learned as a result of many of their decisions have informed some of the policies that were implemented after their departure. Our organization learned the importance of ensuring that visibility into the budget and bank accounts should be achievable by a broader range of our membership, and not the sole purview of a CFO. We also learned the importance of distributing passwords and account access tokens in shared vaults via a password manager that can help ensure continuity of access in the event of an abrupt, unplanned departure of one individual.

Despite the setbacks and stresses that were associated with our former CFO’s departure, dedicated members of the Ranch community were able to sort out these affairs, cover all bills that were discovered to be unpaid, and develop a budget and savings system that is not only working more smoothly than before but also affords our community as a whole greater visibility and participation in our financial health. The way in which we righted the ship aligns with our goals of collective action, community building, and non-coercion.

It's been over a year now since all of this transpired, and the Ranch has never been healthier.

Separately, a question has arisen regarding whose names appear on paperwork such as title, liens, and mortgages and whether or not the Ranch is subject to the authority of a “landlord.” This is also important to address, given that the tenure of our previously-departed colleague was marred by an accusation of unwanted sexual advances and the attempted imposition of “rules” concerning visitors to the property (rules that were not developed through group discussion or consensus, which is of course very problematic).

The real estate title for the land upon which we operate was initially drawn up under our CFO’s name as opposed to our entity’s name. This was, plainly, an improper way to formulate this paperwork and that is a clerical matter being addressed very soon this coming year. The Ranch has made every mortgage payment, and the ownership of the land as well as our status upon it is not in dispute by any of the current stakeholders.

The Tenacious Unicorn Ranch has always stood by the principle that while interpersonal friction can arise among members of any community, as long as the parties involved aren't being abusive, toxic, or violent, we would always do our best to ensure that nobody leaves the Ranch without future housing. This has led to some frustrating roommate situations and hurt feelings along the way… lessons that we may opt to share in a future write-up or community workshop. We have learned from every situation and improved the project each time a challenge was met by our community.

While we provide housing, we are aware of our limitations and the fact that we are not counselors. We try to provide means for people on-ranch to get professional help. Our now-departed colleague strongly advocated for their partner to serve as an on-site counselor. While they may have had the best of intentions, their lack of qualifications and training resulted in our membership making the decision to decline this offer out of concern for possible harm that could result for individuals already in crisis who turn to us for support. We believe that it is extremely important when helping folks in crisis that one does their best to not inflict more harm. Whether or not our decision to not hire the partner of our former CFO in a role as on-site counselor informed her decision to depart the Ranch under strained terms is not something we can know for certain and we choose to not speculate on this matter.

In summary, our former CFO has been unaffiliated with the Ranch for over a year. We believe that all possible care was taken to ensure that we protected her privacy both throughout our challenges together as well as during the time she was moving to her new space. Negativity of interaction during our time together should not be a reason to sow hostility after-the-fact, in our view. It is our position that the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch has met all obligations we have under our charter, which include helping her with bills for the past year. Matters related to whose names appear on specific ownership paperwork are slated to be clarified in early 2023 and, if the broader community would benefit from our insights gained during that process, we can share the lessons learned on that front in a future transparency update.

These plans to update paperwork have been in place for months as part of our ongoing expansion plans, which have been a source of excitement and inspiration for all of our members and supporters… both local and online. We cherish all of the interactions that we have with each of you and welcome your input and good faith questions on this or any other topic.

While 2022 was a year that included some moments that we would hope to not repeat, even the challenges that take our energy are at the same time opportunities to learn and improve.

Hope this helps to clear things up!

Stay tenacious, y'all.

Yer, as straight laced as Bonnie comes off in his tweet thread, he still made me realize that no Tranny can run a company.

He says lot of things which I’m like “yas kween slay!” But in the middle drops in;
“I tried to bring kindness as a project manager/trauma counselor” and very conveniently left out of the fact that he was fucking her and that Kindness is as stable as a house of cards left out in the rain.
Paul is going in on the tranch and it's funny to watch, but make no mistake: he's a narcissistic piece of shit and he'd still be on the tranch whipping field troons with a riding crop if he'd been allowed to keep his goblin side piece. Imagine trying to spin your affair partner as a good faith attempt to bring mental health services to the tranch. Imagine trying to spin fucking KINDNESS as someone capable of providing mental health services. She couldn't make it 72 hours before she was called out for faking blindness and other munchie shenanigans.

Paul is a terminally selfish asshole and his credit rating and finances getting fucked is one of the better outcomes of the whole tranch experiment.

LOL.

"The tranch is doing so well financially, we had to abandon it and move in with my parents"

Also I enjoy that because kindness was (occassionally) a masc tranny they decided her mental illness didn't qualify her for a counselor. If she'd have been dude and that crazy "tranch has a crisis counselor" would be the headline of the day.

Plus point: the number of armed, violent, and even more mentally ill than normal troons involved here up the chances of this ending in murder-suicide that looks like like something out of Boondock Saints.

Who wrote that?? It definitely wasn't Phil or Fedposter, not enough basic spelling/grammatical errors. It wasn't Kevin, because duh. It also doesn't sound bitter or hateful enough to be Jen.
It reads like a retard wrote it so I'm thinking Phil, he just wrote it in a word processing program so it spell checked him.

Bunch more Paul tweets. :drink: Notice how he changed his display name to "Co-founder of TUR"... you just know Penny's Stalin-esque erasure of Paul from the history of the Tranch irritated him.

Alpaca fiber is a meme.

Gee, go figure... the Kiwifarms were right all along. Everything about the Tranch was a terrible idea.
kiwis-were-right.pngkiwis-were-right-2.png

Penny is an incompetent cult leader. You need to at least know how to properly exploit people! 🤣 But of course, then Paul hilariously goes back to endorsing Kindness as some kind of PM expert. Kicking out Kindness was maybe the only good leadership decision Penny ever made.
penny-incompetent.pngpenny-abuse.png

Paul's trying to drag in several journalists and podcasters who've written puff pieces about the Tranch. Not very successfully from what I've seen - they seem to be ignoring him.
podcast.pngjournoscum.png

I hope we get the real story about the two FTM field serfs someday. The official story seems to be that Penny kicked them out since they would just sit around getting high and not contributing much, but there were weird aspects I still want to know about. Remember how every time they begged for money on Twitter, the FTMs would strangely link Fedposter J's paypal? I feel like he was exploiting them, perhaps in more ways than just monetarily.

Penny had Kevin put out a statement about the Tranch's lack of alpaca fiber products, but Paul says it's misleading. Kevin apparently blocked him for this.

Things are really different this time. Paul used to occasionally complain about the Tranch, but in a vague, subtweeting kind of way. Now he's actively reaching out to people and fielding questions.

Paul thinks the Ash Coyote documentary on the Tranch is never coming out.

PENNY'S CON

The Tranch is not a safe haven.
tranch-haven.png

Twitter weirdos have been trying to silence Paul, but he won't back down! He's willing to take the Tranchers to court and make noise with the media!

Paul's doing a great job of calling out the Tranch, but then he has to keep reminding me that he's an idiot, lol.
kindness.png

He's planned out this anti-Tranch campaign very deliberately. I'm pretty sure he read those KF posts about the Tranchers intending to flee to Penny's family home, and Paul finally realized he had to do something.
He also calls out Penny's weird/expensive ammunition preferences.

Regarding "pets" at the Tranch and potential sexual abuse/exploitation:

Confirmation that Kevin and Jen don't contribute much of anything to the Tranch.
It's funny that he says Penny is asexual. Surprisingly, I've seen a few tweets from Penny himself claiming this as well... even though Penny has had two biological children by two different women (who he then promptly left) and is now the "Mxstress" of a kink/BDSM polycule with two other men. Penny is such a fucking fraud, and it boils my blood when I remember that he trooned out his daughter (at only ~4 years old!) and then abandoned her.

The "Stay tenacious y'all" is 100% something Phil would write.
That's true. I guess I just couldn't hear it in Phil's voice without the dopey typos.

If there are as many wronged ex-serfs and visitors as Paul makes out, I wonder why we haven't heard from more of them, especially given the average troon's vindictiveness and love of playing the victim. Now would be a great time for them to come out of the woodwork.

Interesting tweet (a) by Fedposter J. Looks like he had to go back and insert "active" and ended up with double space. And the use of the word "had". So someone has an account?

Please Bonnie, please post here. I will call you a retard and make fun of your many flaws, but please join anyway and drop the all the sordid details.
Ya Bonnie, the mods can verify you.
KF is not a hugbox, and some people might give you shit, but no one will stop you from getting your story on record. The kiwifarms supports freedom of expression. Just don't get upset if people call you a faggot if you act like a faggot.
Yes we all enjoy the drama but as you read through this thread you will see that there are lots of people here who are legit worried about the welfare of the animals being neglected on the ranch. No one wants to see them suffering.

, I wonder why we haven't heard from more of them,
It's because they think the only other people in the world who accepts them is other internet trans people. And they are deathly afraid of being cast out of that circle. So they all turn a blind eye to a clearly fucked up situation (the conditions at the Tranch) or just go along with the bullshit.

Of course, Twitter troons/anarchists immediately attacked Paul.

Paul apparently shared some kind of proof of his claims, but then deleted it after people started screeching about "doxing". I don't know what exactly was said.

Not everyone was a hater though:

Not sure what he's talking about here, tbh. Interesting that he's calling Paul a "Pogue" though... 🤔

Nobody uses pogue, it's just pog. Once again Jarrod is the wannabe, a wannabe soldier and a faggot.

In the Tranch letter, they mention Paul leaving under an accusation of unwanted sexual advances. Anyone know what that's about? Were he and Kindness propositioning too freely, or is it something else?
I'm probably wrong, but it feels like maybe they're referring to the situation Skye was put in (re: Kindness).
I don't think he has much loyalty to the Tranch, but if he shows up there, maybe he's friends with Jen or something. I assume when he killed Bonnie's dog was when he fled.

Also, I think Penny wrote a draft of that and Jen made it sound more appropriate. Kevin could have too, but I doubt it. But either of his dumb "pets" would be able to clean up his writing. We have already seen spell check can not.

ps- remember when Penny was looking on Tinder for someone else, I swear it was around Valentines or some shit one year lmfao
