Lia seems to have developed a slight complex over her own success vs Pippa's. Which is unfortunate. Lia's great and while her numbers haven't taken off like a rocket like Pippa's, Lia's still growing pretty well.

Kronii's new outfit is a tad disappointing to be honest. Didn't really know what to expect, but def something different than what we've gotten. Most of the art guesses she's shown would have been a better outcome imo.

Also, this probably is a divisive and oversaturated topic, but talking from a recent personal experience; don't ever look up face reveals of vtubers you like, definitely not if you're not really into Asian women. It is almost as if it's a prerequisite to get into Nijisanji and Hololive...

When they both already have a JP branch, I definitely expected to see more actual Caucasian girls in the EN branches. Apologies if this is all considered a stupid opinion, but I'm rather new in regards to posting in this thread.

For HoloEN, there are still more Caucasian than Asian.

Caucasian:
Ame, Gura, Calli, Kiara, Fauna, Mumei

Asian:
Ina, Bae, Kronii, Sana

I don't mind the design for Kronii's new outfit... but the execution is pretty bad. It has really weird proportions (yes, even weirder than Kronii's usual; she now looks straight up like a generic grey alien), and it has this cartoony, cel-shaded look to it that doesn't blend with HoloEN's typical style.

considering "holoEN's typical style" gave us nu-irys (which I'm still not a fan of, grew to like the old design. gave her character, the new one looks way too generic imo), I'm fine with the new kronii - even if it means her kroniis are now virtuously covered up.

They are playing Role Models and have to drag each other into certain categories. They quit the first round in a panic because the first cate category was “loud neighbors” and one of the options was “loud sex”.

On one hand the panicking is funny. On the other it’s quite disappointing they quit because they’ve said worse so it makes no sense

I also can’t help but think about how NijiEn wouldn’t have batted an eye

We probably would've never heard of it or not cared, tbh. I remember listening to Fantano's music during a Pippa/Lisa stream and it was just kinda meh to bleh. Hbomberguy has no musical acumen that I'm aware of so he would have to completely outsource the song which, even though I don't like him, would be far to pretentious even for him. Plus the lyrics and message of the song seem to run pretty counter to their ideological stance, Hbomberguy in particular.

Why IBR even resonates with me is that it is a little bit of a bop AND that it's done by Calli. I'm not even really a fan of her by virtue of I've got too many other streamers that I'd rather focus on so I can't watch her. However, thanks to the glorious autism of this thread I am able to keep up with her including every time some zoomy troon gets upset that some white woman does rap (the black man's sport donchano?) and is more popular than them. Even here the worst that I've seen people talk about her is that her rapping is mediocre (fair), she got chunky since 2020 (harsh but fair), and she has a bf (unforgivable (because this is the day and age we live in, that was a joke) ). There is so much vitriol around a goofy woman who makes money being a goof. We had that one sperg who did a drive by of something like 7 giant posts of nothing but Karen hate because he supposedly "hates wiggers". These people are damaged and jealous. The way they go out of their way to lie about her and twist her words kinda reminds me of how people go after Null and this site.

IBR is an excellent way for her to lash out at all the faggots with made up grievances who are upset on someone else's behalf. It's not a bad song, it's a very polite way of saying "fuck you", and she gets paid.
