No, during the birthday stream, Kurt talked about how much money he'd spent on dating consultants and they still failed
And he's still fat. And deeply negative. So they must have sucked.

Man I would have loved if he had streamed those dating consultants sessions. Would have been grade A content.

I've tried to drop into Nick's streams now and then but they are just so boring and parasocial. It was fun when it was about the law and dumb shit people do with the law. Now I have no idea wtf his streams are about.
This and also the fact that I've slowly learned that his legal analysis is bullshit. I started watching him around the start of weeb wars for his analysis on the Jim Sterling v. Digital Homicide lolsuit. (This is back when I still found Jim Sterling entertaining as well.)

Since he got that lolsuit right (in hindsight, of course he did because Pro Se litigants almost always lose), I listened to him throughout weeb wars and got a distinctly different impression about Vic's chances than what turned out to be reality. I get that his cope now is that he always hedges his bets and says he could be wrong but this MF made Ty's filings seem waaaaay better than they actually were and made it seem like digihom co-authored the opposition's filings. It was obvious what conclusion his audience was supposed to make.

In addition to that, my interest in law analysis in general has taken a nosedive ever since I've figured out that the system is actually just the absolute circus depicted by South Park over a decade ago:
A younger, more naive me thought this joke was an exaggeration.

Is it just me or are Nick's numbers down a lot? Maybe it's just the holidays but he's not breaching 3k on night streams from what I've seen, when as before the Balldo arch he was well above that from what I remember.

I really don't understand what drives someone to use something like the Balldo, it's just fucking weird.
Holidays increase numbers and revenue for content creators but especially streamers as people now have free time to watch.

Impotence? Maybe his dick don't work.

Agreed. He doesn't cover law much anymore. Or if he does its stuff that other Lawtubers have already combed over much better. Instead of Lawsplaining he is Kinksplaining.

The drive would usually be erectile disfunction. Probably caused in Nick's case either by alcoholism or no longer being interested by women. Men with a functioning dick don't really have a need to turn their balls into a substitute dick.

Hard to tell for sure, as he's been in flux with the switch to rumble after the first hour on youtube and the holidays. The youtube #s are for sure way down over the last couple weeks from three months ago, but he's kind of kneecapped that with switching off after the first hour, and he got fucked with the suspension. On Rumble his numbers seem to have peaked in November post YT ban, and have declined fairly substantially since then, although there's still peaks of 100k+ views in December. We'll need some data in January to figure out what's the result of Christmas disruption and what's the result of people actually rejecting ballgasm-focused content.

Does anyone think the Rumble numbers reported for livestreams seems high across the board? At least when I checked they seemed pretty astronomical for an alt tech platform. It seems like Rumble is either using a different metric than YT for live viewers or else seems to give favored streamers a bit of a boost.

I know this is late- but I remember Rekieta talking to Barnes about a potential civil rights lawsuit against the Minnesota Lawyers Professional Responsibility commission or whatever. Why does he think they have changed their mind and want to investigate? So far they have rejected (rightfully) non-client complaints in a perfunctory fashion.

I think weeb wars broke Nick. He was talking out of his ass to build up his buddy Ty only to get BTFO'd. The only shame he has ever shown has been in relation to superchats about the appeal. The color would drain from his face. Now it's coming to bite him on the ass over the false facade he created during that time. If the rittenhouse trial didn't happen we'd have gotten a much more humble Nick, instead it built up his ego to the point of no return.

edit to not doublepost:

I have been looking into live viewer numbers and and i honestly believe they are pretty damn close to honest. This view was made even stronger because rumble has fewer viewers than youtube during trial streams. If they were doing some fudging of numbers they'd do it all the time.

As for video views... they are very sketchy to say the least. I have seen a 20k jump in video views within 10 minutes. That simply doesn't happen on streams.

December used to be a super good month for him overall. That is why he did the Christmas eve stream with ty. His party streams have been really under-performing along with his normal streams. Not one of them has broken $2k and that was a normal figure for his random night streams before the ban. iirc during rittenhouse his ty Christmas stream brought in $10k+ and this year it was $1.4k on youtube.

The Ty streams got a LOT of positivity because of the fatherly/grandfatherly wholesomeness gushing out of it. Not sure how that would be impacted by the results of WW, but if I had to guess the weebs have moved on and the cougar wine moms would latch onto him. This has yet to be tested, but I am just WAITING for Ty to come face to face with new Nick...

Also, supposedly the DISCORD is opening back up next week or so according to someone who watched his latest streams. Nose is supposedly taking it in hand and will participate there. This could be fun to watch...

So apparently Nick bought a new sports car, just not the sports car he was gushing over. From the stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rbtGKFW-48 at 11:56 he shows a picture of his red Mustang GT500.
So he progressed on the road to cowdom by buying a lolcar.

To be fair that was a pretty brutal bodying. And to be fair nobody was really anticipating a fuckup that could have been avoided by spending $20 on a notary was going to sink the whole thing. Why Ty did that himself and why he fucked it up will never be comprehensible to me. There was absolutely no reason to do that himself (especially if he didn't know how).

If Nick was a stock this is the top signal and it's time to sell. He can still come out on top if he retires. I just doubt he will. Ralph was once top streamer, and I'm seeing the same pattern here. Nick is reaching the critical mass with general audiences of where it's more entertaining to make fun of him than just watch him. All it takes is something really embarrassing to happen and the floodgates will open. It's the cycle of e-life.

100% correct. These are the kind of complaints about sex and family you whine confidentially to your close drinking buddies after a frustrating day, they nod sympathetically, and then everyone forgets about it by the next drink. It's not something you tell every asshole on the internet.
The fact of the matter is that is for the most part Nick is a fucking loser with little to no in real life friends (I know, the irony). In his latest cope rant, he talked about listening to creators or viewers to see if he was going wrong. This is a weird thing to do if you have at least a couple friends to tell you how you're behaving lately. Drex should presumably the person to tell him this but he's nose guarding instead. The theory that he told him something in private is cute but ultimately unfounded in reality.

If he doesn't even have drinking buddies (I mean real ones, not the ones you talk via a computer with thousands watching), he'll never catch himself fucking up given that he's an alcoholic as well.

WTF are you talking about? The Rumble deal is already signed, and now he's also got a Locals deal. He signed exclusivity contracts with both, so now he'll have a certain number of Rumble-exclusive livestreams per week (start the stream multi-cast to YouTube, move to Rumble exclusively ~1 hour in), and after every Rumble-exclusive livestream there will be a Locals supporters-only livestream.
What's the source for the Locals deal? He's had Locals since before Rumble and even when he made the Rumble deal he never mentioned a Locals deal added as well. He always had Locals after party circle jerks. People are only now paying attention since he whining to the wine moms.

Now that I think about it, the Vic lawsuit loss is when he first showed his lolcow tendencies. He was putting off addressing it on the small chance that it might come back but it never did. And once it was officially over, he barely addressed and has also barely had Ty on and never solo. I want to say he said he'd have Ty on eventually to tie everything up but I don't remember where he said this or if it's just wishful thinking on my part. I don't know if it's Nick trying to protect Ty or Ty not wanting to show his ass, it's likely a bit of both. And it's definitely not cause Ty's busy, when when he was "busy" with the Vic lawsuit, he had no problem being on stream late at night instead of working.

He mentioned wanting to rev up the Locals degeneracy when, "things quiet down." It seems like wants to do the same regarding Ty. Even for the initial appeal, he had Ty on or himself explaining what's going on with the lawsuit. He has even shown the appeal to the Texas Supreme Court on stream?

I really don't understand what drives someone to use something like the Balldo, it's just fucking weird.
You just don't get it because you're an incel prude. It's totally chad and alpha to encase your testicles in a silicone cage and then fuck your nympho wife with them while your flacid dick flops around all over the place.

I'm sure both factors played some role in what's happening, but I think it was less Ty fucking shit up, and more the false persona Nick adopted during WW that is causing him problems now.

Yeah, Ty's a epic fuckup but... let's face it, lawyers lose cases. That's the way it works. Vic's case was never a sure thing. Nick could fairly easily bounce back from being on the losing end of WW. Indeed, in the immediate aftermath, few people here were actually blaming Nick for the way things turned out (Ty, OTOH, with his rank incompetence, was a different matter). People paid for a civil suit. They got a civil suit. Albeit one managed like ass.

The bigger issue for Nick is how he depicted himself. If Nick had been open about who he has was from the getgo, would the GFM been as successful? I dunno. Maybe. Maybe not. A big part of me thinks he probably could have swung those numbers purely on the basis that people are sick and tired of this #metoo shit. Regardless, he went the deception route. He wanted to portray himself as a conservative family man in order to better appeal to Vic's fanbase and anyone sick of SJWs. He's pretty clearly paying for that now. To me, if there's a scam, it's that false persona he adopted. Not that he ran a GFM, and the case was handed off to an idiot Nick probably put way too much trust in and clearly wasn't equipped to handle the case properly.

At no point now or then do I regret donating to Vic's GFM. If nothing else, it was fun to watch all the snowflakes chimp out. That said, I DO regret having any amount of admiration for what we now know is a degenerate coomer and his incompetent family probate attorney. My perception on that front has absolutely changed from where it was three years ago. The valuable lesson here is that nobody on Youtube should even never be taken at face-value.

I was always a casual viewer of his, but generally enjoyed his content, even the stuff he was doing a couple months ago. Though since the Balldo thing every time I tune in he's just talking about sex shit which gets old quickly and I just tune out. I get it, he's doing the thing where he doubles down on the thing people bitch about, but that wasn't a great idea for Dax.

I don't even really care that he's a weird sex pervert, I just don't want to constantly hear about every time I try to watch him. It's also what kills most e-celeb careers, because when they start to obsess over one gimmick people get tired of it, just look at Boogie with his pity baiting, Dax with his Maddox obsession, or Kino Casino with their 10 minute Rage Pig clip turned into six hours of "Woooooow! That's insane! Metokur Masochist for ten cents! Let's gooooooo!"

You just don't get it because you're an incel prude. It's totally chad and alpha to encase your testicles in a silicone cage and then fuck your nympho wife with them while your flacid dick flops around all over the place.
Well, at least he didn't call everyone who was making fun of his weird shit a future school shooter. That's something, I suppose?

Last I heard, Mustangs are going to be going all electric. If it isn't a lemon I can see it holding its value if its one of the last ICE mustangs and he doesn't crash it thinking about cock
Not just yet. Ford revealed the 7th gen Mustang code named S650 and those are all still gas both carrying over the 2.3T and next version of the 5.0 V8. It's really more of an incremental step from the S550. The Mustang MachE threw everyone off with it having the Mustang name and being EV. So, it's safe to assume when the S650 GT350 and GT500 come out, the S550 GT500 will lose half its value like the ones before it and remain there. It's no Viper or Corvette.
