Salah didn't immigrate to Kuwait -- he was born there, and has lived there his whole life. He's considered an "immigrant" only because Kuwait refuses to recognize non-Kuwaitis as citizens. This has been going on since long before 2018. If a reactor is claiming Salah went to Thailand in 2017, they're mistaken.

Kuwait is trying to get rid of non-citizens any way they can. As noted several times in this thread, the government deports them for minor and sometimes nonsensical reasons. If a non-Kuwaiti like Salah leaves the country voluntarily, they're SOL. They're not getting back in. Not in 2017, 2018, or now.

Not unless the law changes, which doesn't appear to be happening any time soon.

She filed for bankruptcy twice. While her first was from her time with Peetz jacking up both his and her credit cards for fast food purchases, her second (the currently still undischarged bankruptcy) is from her time with Bibi. She was no more financially disciplined when she was with him than she is now. At least until she went swanning off to Kuwait she was able to pay the entire rent on the villa, almost all the utilities, and keep a supply food coming to the front doorstep. Admittedly she still lives paycheck to paycheck, but she doesn't appear to be racking up bills she can't pay other than her taxes.
