maybe the equivalent of a tard program or the like. still, the bill doesn't have any obvious "you are on a special program" line item and just the usual admin fees and stuff, so maybe they have a partitioned bill like a condo or something (cheap condo in el salvador = apartment in a commie block basically)?

The only reason I rated you optimistic is because of the vicious circle where we tell it like it is only to get branded evil for telling it like it is. If people were allowed think critically, they might actually give serious thought about what was presented here along with the screenshots and other proof. As a result, people dismiss anything contrary to the ongoing narrative as lies, fake news, sour grapes, etc.
