So there are similarities in posting style.
Both Remus and Hayden do the “BREAKING NEWS:” thing and also post inane ‘statements’
Both Remus and Hayden post about “respect for the rule of law”.
Both Remus and Hayden post their statements having typed them out on an Apple device.
Both Remus and Hayden want to hold me to account for posting on the KiwiFarms.
Hayden has seemingly deleted a number of tweets over the Christmas period.
Hayden has form for posting under anonymous abusive accounts. I do not believe that Hayden was telling the truth in court when he said that he had not posted anonymously on the KiwiFarms. A number of accounts bear his linguistic trademarks.
In addition to his anonymous posting on this forum, Hayden has been associated with a number of anonymous obsessive Twitter accounts targeting individuals he is suing, such as Cassie Moss and more recently the TribunalTruth Twitter account.
Hayden also has 11 convictions for 21 counts of dishonesty so any statements he makes must be viewed through this lens.
Hayden is currently attempting and failing to shame me by pointing out that thanks to his malicious lies I am the suspect in a criminal investigation, while also laughing over my alibi of playing the church organ.
It really rattles him that this is cast iron. In any event, Hayden told the police that my behaviour has prevented him from being able to go about his daily life.
His Twitter account attests to quite what a bunch of nonsense that is, unless he is quite literally crippled by the revulsion he knows he causes me.
He is so traumatised by my behaviour that he looks up my Twitter account and makes constant snarks about me and now it seems (or there is a strong suspicion) that he is behind a Twitter account that has engaged in actual acts of harassment and cyber-stalking.
This is not a man who is in any way a victim, this is a man using the police to play ridiculous psychological games.
Even if i am charged and convicted for calling out his abuse and harassment on Twitter - I cannot be charged for being either KitKat or RMFY, as I am not them I will still hold my head up high because unlike him, I will always be unconditionally accepted as a woman.
And posting on a large message board where all topics are open for discussion or calling a man out for being a man, is nowhere near in the same shameful league as stealing other people’s hard-earned cash; hitting someone over the head with a golf club or sexually assaulting a teenager.

I have read with great interest the new posts over the past 12-16 hours. The case that RubinRemus is likely Stephanie Hayden is persuasive to me. But I must ask to what extent has it been PROVEN that Rubin is Stephanie Hayden, as opposed to establishing a strong suspicion? Proven not by a beyond any reasonable standard, mind you, but enough for most people to conclude this is who that obnoxious emu is?

Depends partly on background knowledge and length of time you've known someone
If you were asked to second guess the reaction of a close family member to something you might well have a good idea . If you were asked the same about a stranger it might be very different
There are so many different points you can triangulate from and virtually all lead back to the same persons
Hayden and Jones. Jones is almost unique in her uber obsession over Farrow, having used her cell phone and gmail to register Farrow troll accounts before and documented here
Hayden has a similar obsession but it manifests itself slightly differently
Civil test would be balance of probabilities ie is it more likely than not and that in this case is an easy bar to clear

I am not as familiar with English or British vernacular as I would like to bem but am probably better than most Americans. "Chums" is not that unusual, or at least it did not used to be, but my intuition tells me is it not as prevalent as it used to be, probavly used by someone 35 or older.
"Gobshite" on the other hand seems very idiosynchratic to me. I have to confess I have not heard it up to now
I do not think there is a smoking gun yet but it seems likely, maybe more likely than not, or maybe not. The nice little exchange between the two of course is totally convincing. Ha.

Hayden appears to be an arrogant person convinced of his moral and intellectual superiority. Someone who would use a sock pupped avatar for his sock puppet account.
