eh, my bad, homie. I read "either stupid claim" as refering to the two stupid claims in quotation marks, and not as referring to a third claim to which either of them might be a response. Your point does remain.

And so does mine. The biggest laugh of this whole thing has been the pivot from a first claim of "get the vaccine or die" to a second claim of "haha, stupid antivaxxxxxers, the vaccine didn't even kill me."

Anti-vaxxers and covid 19 vaccine true believers are both fucking retarded. The dumbest thing about covidians and the vaxnazis is that I'm now apparently an anti-vaxxer because I didn't want the covid-19 vaccine because of legitimate criticism and low risk due to covid.

I've had more than most of these "trust the science" retards because of international travel and needing tetanus boosters. The covid-19 vaccine though... the shit was objectively rushed past the normal approval process, this is beyond argument. It was also promoted heavily, many times with outright lies from Trump onward. First it'll keep you from getting covid, then it'll keep you from passing it on, then it'll keep you from dying, lowering the bar each time. Our dear decrepit leader and many "science" talking heads and "experts" are on the record saying these stupid blanket statements on national television. We had dem politicians on TV saying they would not take it because Trump had a hand in it, then the same types telling us we should lose our jobs if we didn't take it because we are bad people who don't care about others. Remember when dr smoker's voice was on TV saying masks don't work because maybe they stop a droplet but you need to save them for first responders, then it was masks everywhere and wear two, then it was you don't need to wear a mask if you get the shot? Why should I trust people whose messaging is so blatantly back-and-forth. If they lack the foresight to put together effective, cautious and consistent communication instead of lusting for the spotlight to make sound-bites, how can I trust them to give me medical information?

Coercing people to take these vaccines through threatening their livelihoods, branding them anti-vax, it's demonic behavior. Covid is and always was a very low-risk disease, killing mostly the infirm, elderly and obese. It's up to individuals to do the math and decide if the risk, hell even the inconvenience of an experimental, first-of-its-kind vaccine is worth it vs the risk of covid. I even had a doctor refuse to see me because I hadn't had the covid vaccine, lucky break because the replacement I found was a reasonable and experienced guy who didn't even ask. I did my risk/benefit analysis, covid is practically zero risk for me, the vaccine an unknown quantity. So here I am.

lol, that's what I did. I'm sorry it's not the decision you want/think it's right. And I'm still alive and had awesome blood work. The side effects of my last shot (moderna) lasted 2 days. I was back at the gym after the third day.

Wow, that's funny, because the side effects of me catching the virus lasted 2 days and on the third day I was working out like normal. Imagine poisoning yourself in a foolish attempt to stop a 99.99% harmless disease.

My 80 year old grandma got Covid and was fine after a week of mild cold symptoms. Why the fuck would I ever get the vaccine? I'm not fat, I don't have a diseased lung, I'm not diabetic, I'm in my 20's and I lift. I know it's just an anecdote but If my grandma can survive the beer bug I'm sure so can I.

People tend to get the flu in late December-early January, as a matter of fact there's less cases (of flu, marked as 'covid') there now than in the US last year in the same period. It's something that keeps you at home and then ends in about three or four days.

Also assuming "Omicron" really exists (and I have seen no evidence of the existence of a variant of a virus which hasn't been proven to exist either) it's described as an even lower fatality one than the initial one, so exactly what is there to worry about?

I'm seeing a lot of hype about China's lifting of restrictions and it just proves nobody can win with you subhuman hypochondriacs. Zero-covid was bad, but lifting restrictions is also bad and now everyone is dying from the flu because they stopped welding people inside their homes and the jabs they took weren't poisonous and satanic enough like the ones you took. I'd ask you "Do you hear yourselves?", but you do, you're just too brain damaged to understand what's wrong with what you say because you have the self-awareness of an amoeba.

I hope China puts a complete stop to this bullshit once and for all by just going like "Ok, we were fucking with you, there's no killer bug", after all the West is always ready to shit on whatever it does, right or wrong.
