I realise I'm dangerously close to "no true Scotsman" but is this really good for Tony and his compatriots? What does it mean that fewer young people are becoming conservative relative to preceding generations? Are they adhering to the "from each according to his ability, to each according to his need" left, or the r/antiwork wannabe-philosophy-professor-tranny-dog-walker "left"? The materialist left, or the "I am who I say I am, a demisexual non-binary trans-man" "left"? The people's state left, or the "replace the police with unregulated private militias composed of admitted sexual deviants" "left"?

The political conversation, especially in the US, has become so denatured as to render "left", "right", "liberal" (or, in the UK, "leftwinger") and "conservative"/"right-wing" meaningless. Do these people with whom Tony is proclaiming "solidarity" want to dismantle law enforcement, impose a tax on whites to atone for their trans-historical racism, and tear down sex categories while funnelling billions to the privatised medical industry? Or do they just want the government to act so that they can actually afford to buy a house like their parents did?

There's a more fundamental problem with this that you started to get at, it doesn't show that people are becoming less conservative or whatever else. It's based merely on the voting share for one of the political parties. Are Republicans or Tories more conservative today than in 2000 when the other generations were hitting the same age? 1980? 1960? Depends on what subject you pick. Republicans and Tories are absolutely more liberal on LGBT+ issues today than in 1980. Republicans are less liberal on free trade now than in the 1980's. Republicans might actually be more liberal on criminal justice and the war on drugs than they were in the 1980's. The Republicans swung from not wanting to be world police to wanting to police the globe to getting more skeptical about it again, which of these is the "conservative" position? The other generations all have stuck with the Republicans and increased their support for them despite these changes, so did they get more conservative or less? I won't deign to speak on the Tories since I'm not a UK expert but I think you'd be hard pressed to claim they're more conservative than Thatcher in any way that doesn't also track with Labour, especially Blairite Labour, until the recent divergence under Corbyn. Is Labour "less conservative" today than under Atlee when it wanted to nationalize whole swaths of the economy and keep rationing? Not even the Corbyn and Bernie Sanders movements (when pressed at least) openly proclaimed wanting to roll back the entirety of the Clinton/DLC and Blair era's acceptance of global capitalism, should I or should I not ascribe the millennials voting for Democrats/Labour then as not also being evidence of their being "more conservative" than past generations?

It's gibberish so it's not surprising that Tony thinks it means something which also just happens to be something he already thought.

Assuming there's even a grain of truth in this, I imagine that we're talking about nasty DMs, emails, and maybe a few phone calls. Are those "attacks," or just rudeness? Tony is clearly eager to elide the difference in the way he phrased this. You can bet that if a pervy blue hair got punched by someone shouting, "FOR CHAYA!" we would have heard about it.

What made him like this? One of the most bitch-tier things anyone can learn about statistics is that correlation does not imply causation. And advertisers?! I was not aware that they were part of the justice system that exists to deal with such dangerous people who coordinate attacks as is claimed. Really flexing that judgment there, Tony.

I'm guessing he's so keen on getting HIS way he will buy, beg, bang, steal, and do everything in his power to make it so. The armchair psychs of this thread diagnosed him with narcissism, which is usually a combination of nature and environment/nurture. I think your question was rhetorical, but the gist is that if he does not get his way, he will become so mad he will do anything to get his way that he could that didn't hurt his image (as how people think of him is even more important). The importance is his appeasement. Even if he didn't have the paranoia that could drive him to everyone attacking him, he's likely willfully ignoring correlation ≠ causation since he knows he can manipulate others with fear like this.

The trans community fears terfs, but people like Anthony are their bigger enemy. He's trying to control them by fear, which is even worse.
