He probably rubbed Vicks Vapo-Rub or something under his eyes to make him look even weepier. It was just so histrionic and bullshit and it doesn't look like natural crying. I suspect he enhanced it somehow for the video.

Yep. He's had hours now to get in touch with his mental health team or the after hours crisis people he contacted last time. Guess he'd rather hold a pity party online than get actual support, though.
